I reserved an 18 truck for a one way rental. Penske kept contact with me to make sure that my truck was going to be ready on Saturday. We were greeted with a big smile and very fast service. I used my AAA auto club card for a discount. Things went very smooth, nice and clean truck.. 220 miles to go...

The employees have a superiority complex and have no idea how to treat a customer, Ive always used Uhaul and they dont brown nose me but at least they dont make me feel like im a nuscense, only this time around they were all out of trucks for that weekend. I guess Im just gonna have to reserve ahead of time from now on

After budget rental didnt have the trailer and tow dolly, I reserved 8 days earlier, Penske made sure I got, what I needed, when I needed it. It was a little more expensive compared to the quote I got from budget, but at least I got what I needed!!!!! The lady Janice at budget, RUDE

Poor service and the dont check previous damage on vehicles so you might need to take the pictures​ yourself otherwise theyll charge you for it
