Best pool supply in ceres

Went to the Ceres location looking for a part for my pool cleanner. They didnt have it but the young lady called 2 different stores and managed to hold a part for me. Irs a left driver for a Pantair cleanner. I made it to the Standifor location 8 min after closing. They stil managed to allow me to pick up my part. Thank you both locations..

A listed customerCame in for a water testThe female clerk right away stated you gonna buy anything.I explained I have a supply at home and needed to check water.During the test i asked why she didnt carry what i call the yellow crate chlorine. She rudely explained she didnt have the storage but her store in turlock has it.I explained i wasnt driving to another city and couldnt see why she couldnt carry it as she has a large storeAt that point she became ruder and ignored meI will not patronize the ceres store anymore. Very rude rudeWhich is not customer service.

Terrible customer service! My husband and I just went in to get a couple things for our pool and right when we got in the store we asked the lady to help us out and she was completely rude. I always shop local but I will not go back to this store. I would rather drive to another town or shop online.

Received water test and was given a print out of what was needed to get pool water to balance. Was told I needed few chemicals to balance my water. After deciding to buy two of the few chemicals suggested. I went home did more research and realized I didn’t need one of them. I went to return the product less then 24 hours later and was told I couldn’t. Problem is that their policy is on back of receipt. I wouldn’t know that until after I purchased the product. Poor customer service. I’ve worked in retail for 30 years would of taken care of customer.

Every experience here is horrible, the young lads who work here are just doing their job and I respect that, but that doesnt mean management has to be rude to regular customers. The lady ,who is the manager of this place, is always rude whenever I come here every 2 weeks, and always seems irritated. The term The customer is always right does not fly here. Ive spent over thousands of dollars here buying machines to products for my pool for the past 3 years. The only thing Id appreciate is respect for your customers, especially your regular customers.

Horrible after horrible experience. Every person you talk to gives you different instructions on how to care for your pool and what chemicals are needed. We have spent $100s of dollars and have been told we are on an algae free guarantee and now they tell us we arent because we dont have their chlorine tablets. So much money spent and still dont have clean water on top of their very rude uneducated management.

Overpriced garbage. I needed a diaphragm for my pool sweep and they charged me $46 out the door. This is a $15 part on Amazon. It doesnt matter if you need pool chemicals or pool floats, Everything is way overpriced here. Use Amazon.
