I needed to withdraw money through Ría which is a service provided at Multiservicios Latinos. They created an obstacle for me. They said that they could not withdraw the money because the sender did not include my middle name. I decided to visit another store down the street that offers Ria and they were able to withdraw the money for me with my ID and address. If Multiservicios Latinos is creating obstacles for you, I suggest you visit another money store that is more accommodating.
