Dropped off shipments on Saturday and never were scanned. However to my amazement the packages were delivered at top notch speed which just shocked me. I sent a package on Saturday and by Monday it was there! Who does that? You are Amazing!! Thank you so much!

Stop vandalism of my packages. I have you on video doing it to the Hackett Rd route and I have forwarded this to Ceres police department since the management here approved of it.

I GOT YELLED AT BY RHONDIEAs of a day ago i went in to drop of my packages at the drop off counter which I normally do. (May i add that im a seller on a few selling apps so my buyers purchase items from my personal closet and pay for shipping. Lately my buyers hav been paying for the cheapest shipping which only covers for a certain amount of weight which some are not) Anyways so i drop off my packages grab 4boxes and i get yelled at OKAY YEA NO COME OVER HERE and its a worker named Rhondie (brown hair and glasses) with everyones eyes turned towards me i walk up to the drop off counter and she begins to explain to me about the weight on the packages. I honestly understand the issue with the package weight but i DID NOT appreciate being yelled at from across the room. That is not how you are suppose to talk to customers. I literally felt as if i was being scolded by one of my parents which she is not. I now take my packages elsewhere unless I completely have to go there. Thank you for reading:)

Zero consideration for your packages zero consideration for your concerns of your packages in a rush to throw you out the door to get rid of a line and give no dams about helping you whatsoever rude inconsiderate unsatisfactory customer care I will never go to this post office again I would rather drive to Modesto

They stopped delivering mail to my house due to some rogue dog its been weeks havent seen a dog, Okay sure they should be safe. So I go down to get mail at the office the girl thats supposed to be helpful doesnt have a clue no intention of putting much effort into were my mail is. Leaves comes back with few envelopes said found this thrown on the top shelf. Sorry I think most of its lost. She said you need to get a PO box. Maybe not all that workw here are as helpless as this lady.

Employees at this post office are so rude I don’t blame everyone but most of them are. Clerk 11 on 7-29-19 was so rude I know her name but I don’t want to publicly disclose her. Her way of treating customers what I found was different by there race & color, I usually don’t complaint that quick but this lady is really something else.

Was a bit crowded but it was the Christmas season anyway.

Workers are ill-informed when it comes to thier own policies and workings.

I have not been receiving my mail. It a has been over 5 days since I received any mail. It was a hit and miss for the last few months.

Very friendly employees, has separate lobby and mailbox areas. Always clean inside and outside.

Always be loosing my packages and can never do none about it after they be putting it in the wrong mail boxes smfh... plus the attitude they give u when u call them... if i could give a zero i would.

Girls here are very rude. Service always comes with attitude. Will go to post office on Kearney. A real post office not a UPS store that charges extra to pay for the attitudes.
