Been coming to this gym for about 5 months now and will continue to go. Staff is friendly and gym is clean. Only thing stopping it from being 5 stars is there is always at least one or two machines out of order. Its like as soon as they fix one another goes down.

Woke up bright and early to get a day pass. Didnt take my wallet just took some cash to pay my day pass. They dont accept cash. Didnt even have any signs up informing you that cash is not accepted. Front staff didnt even try to work with us and it was our first time. Very disappointing.

4.5 out of 5. Super clean gym. Great friendly staff. Only thing is they dont have several of the machines I normally use as well as close to no freeweights.

All I can tell you is read the fine print of the contract you are signing up for. Now that the state has gone down with the colored tier due to the pandemic, this was my first time to go in and be able to cancel my contract. They told me that because I am requesting to cancel before the 25th of the month, I am going to be billed $40 for the annual fee anyhow even though I missed it by one day. I am giving them two stars only because they are cheap with the monthly dues and the customer service is very courteous and friendly. But what really matters is the pocket and the money that they are trying to rip off the customers like myself. I’ve been burned by other gyms in the past and it appears that planet fitness is nothing new. Today will be their last $40 they are getting for me. The only reason why I signed up is because I injured my knee and I needed recovery equipment.

Ive been a member for two weeks. I cant believe someone open my locked locker and stole all my personal belongings. (Wallet, money, car keys, everything). This never happened in other gym I visited

They pick and choose who they let bring a bag in ? If you tell one person they can’t have their bag on floor, you have to let everyone else know as well!!

I am a black card member and have had the opportunity to go into various PFs. This one is very clean and organized with the machinery more space apart. Compared to other ones where it’s more crammed. I went on a weekday at 5pm and it was not very packed. There is tons of cardio machines, weights, 360 of workout station, 30 min workout area as well. Upon arrival I was greeted and felt very welcome.Check in: very quick and easy at the counterLocker rooms: very nice, clean, plenty of change rooms. Change rooms do have mirrors, unlike others that don’t have mirrors. Only downfall to the restrooms was that there is no toilet seat covers! That’s the only reason I gave it 4 stars.Workout equipment: very clean, plenty of equipment to work with.Trainer: I didn’t get to meet the person never saw one on the floor. Maybe they started early ?

Just started using this gym and I must say it’s one of the best I’ve gone to. I I am a member of 24 hour fitness and planet fitness is so much better in quality and service.The Equipment here works well, the place is incredibly clean and spotless, including the men’s room and showers. You can tell the crew here pays attention to every little detail. Keep it up!

Staff were friendly and helpful to a degree. Like I should know where things are supposed to be and yet I noticed that when there was issue with another client, the staff were courteous in being of assistance. Id go again, if I was in that vicinity.

I really like all the open machines and cleanliness. My only complaint is that there are a few rules you have to follow that can sometimes affect your gym experience. Great gym, but the rules are kinda silly at times

Its a alright gym. I just came back from 2 months out of state work. I came back to this location, and the air circulation is terrible during hot days, and seems like they are missing 45 pound weights from the squat machines. Not enough to share for 3 squat machines. Might have to go to a different location.

I dont know why everyone in the reviews are getting their panties in a twist, but I love it here. Ive been coming for about a month now and the staff has been nothing but kind. As a 240 lb woman, I can tell you I have not been fat shamed or felt judged by the staff. Ive even become friends with a few such as Christina and Danielle. Honestly, I like it better than the in shape in ceres, as it seems more welcoming. Keep it up Planet Fitness!

Solid gym. Many different types of people in different stages of fitness. Great for beginners and experienced alike. Will be going back. (Gotta lose that holiday belly)

There is a lot of space and very open. No matter where you are, everyone can see everyone. (No privacy at all)The staff doesnt like having your gym bags on floor, even if its a small one. They will have you put it in a locker.

Im putting this review because this business is a scam. Ive been a member of multiple gyms all over the country (because we travel for work) and never once had an issue. This time around, after EXPLICITLY explaining to the counter staff that we were not interested in a contract and would be month to month, we signed up for a contract-free $10 per month per person deal WHICH actually sounded great at the time.It was exactly what we thought we were looking for!Well, unfortunately we were not on the same page as the children running the front desk. And now, we have a one year membership THAT WE NEVER OPTED INTO!This is not how a legitimate business should be run, and I would NEVER RECOMMEND Planet Fitness, and especially more so NEVER would recommend this location!By far the WORST customer service!Sergio the manager made very clear that he was not ever going to be receptive to this situation or even consider refunding our money.HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND RUDE!

Just started attending Planet Fitness. I have to say that Im seriously impressed. I use to pay a arm and a leg with In Shape and now I get all the same benefits at a fraction of the cost.I also like how clean the gym is.

Music to load! Planet knows everyone is using there own music /headset, and watching there own tv show..., then Planet should turn the valume down! Whos going to pay for your hearing aid later in life? Not planet!!Also ... try relaxing on the Massage Chairs next to the noisy hydro beds!! So stressful! The beds should have there own room.And last but not least ... they have rolls of paper to wipe down equipment. But in the bathrooms .... welcome your hearing aid number 2 with the noisiest air dry hand blowers ever!!! Enjoy!!If they did these changes they would have the best gym ever!!

Indoor music is way too low, I hate being able to hear conversations from people using indoor voices all the way across the building. Another thing I dont like is that they very oftenly have the huge ceiling fans off that dont help with air flow for trying to cool off after a workout. This particular Planet Fitness was opened in the beginning of the year and was advertisted with new equipment, but compared to other equipment that I used in a previous locations, the equipment here looked old, outdated, and dirty. Also, Tredmills at other Planet Fitness each have their own personal cooling fans unlike this location that seems to lack them. The thing I find most inconvenient is that they dont provide stationed areas for plasitc bags in their locker rooms for dirty gym clothes.

I love the fact that the employees can be considered team members, or atleast through the visual of the manager, however Planet Fitnesses motto which is Judgement free zone or something similar, well the point is that here at this gym that does not apply, or atleast in my opinion, the employees are lousy and this gym should just becareful on the people whom are hired to it.

Its a big place to work out the only comment I have when I ask to used their restroom they wanted me to wait for my friend who is the actual member I would have peed on my shorts.

Chill, no one really seems to care about tanktops and bags on floor , do dont trip if you bring one
