Horrible people that are only out there for your money. Make sure you read the entire 100 page contact you have with them word for word to make sure that’s the policy you want. They will leave out important details that’ll later screw you. When you come back and tell them that’s not something you wanted, they’ll say too bad and charge you another 100 to fix it. Avoid freeway insurance.

I went in on a Saturday and was very pleased with the service i received! Angel Longoria definitely took his time in explaining each plan/option that was available for me. I also appreciate his patience because i did walk in there with a lot of questions and he answered every question i had. Walked out of there with monthly payments in my price range! (very happy about that) Definitely will recommend this company to my friends and family!

I am current college student, and the monthly price for my insurance is perfect! Angel was amazing, I did it over the phone. It was so convenient. I went to AAA to apply for insurance but it would of cost me $300 a month and I was shocked. We called Freeway Insurance and my monthly bill is $96 . I am really happy about this, if you are a college student this is the perfect insurance.

Of all the places I shopped rates for my 335i FREEWAY had found me the BEST one. For a young driver with a sports car most places were charging me over 500/month. Francine was really helpful at saving me money and explained my coverages clearly. The manager Stephanie Fierro was very professional and kind as well even applying a discount! Not sure why this area has gotten such high ratings for customer service. I went here over 2 or 3 months ago and the lady Francine was not helpful from the get go. You could tell that she really needs more practice on how to do her job, she just knows the basics and shows that you dont need to know a lot to get a job here.. I sent emails on two occasions where she has not received them so I had to forward them again and I never gotten a response if she got them or not. It is my money that they are dealing with so I expect better service than I have been given. I give them zero stars, if it were possible.

Freeway insurance is a joke. I was over charged and lied to multiple times. When i brought up my problem with the manager Francine, she said she could get me a refund if i took down my bad review. It was taken down but i never got my refund. I called corporate and they said she never filed a complaint. Theres alot of fishy business going on there just go straight to the insurance company freeway is a broker and will over charge.
