I never really have a good experience at the ATT’s by my house but I gave the Centerville location a chance. As soon as I walked in Ben walked over to me with great positive attitude. He assisted me with my questions and needs and also helped me pick out a nice case for my phone. Ben was phenomenal! Best customer service ever. I will definitely be returning to see him at this location.

It was great, came in to check out the new iPhone 13 and got one ordered. In and out within 20 minutes

The guys at the store were all nice and friendly. The systems were having issues but they still had great customer service. The process to upgrade was pretty easy and quick.

Great service! Went in around 5:30pm on 8-7-21 and both guys were awesome. I was not my most pleasant self and they both were calm and handled the problem efficiently. This store rocks and I will definitely go back for my next purchase.

Be careful with this location the staff there doesnt have much knowledge on what they are doing. We went into this store for service and one of the employees named Tae to be exact really messed up our cell phone plans. I dont know what he did but now we are paying extra and I cant even upgrade my phone and his response was “Sorry, call customer service.” As if thats gonna make it better.

Absolutely loved the visit and the gentleman who helped me out deserves a raise. His name is Nicholas and he made my visit feel like it wasn’t a chore. He helped me out and answered any and all my questions with precision and knowledge. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is cause my NAME IS NOT “GONW” its CHRISTOPHER. AT&T please fix this. My caller ID confuses friends and family. Other than that, no complaints from this AT&T at all.

Today I went to get a new sim card for the new phone I bought online. I tried the new sim card and it was giving me SIM card not provisioned MM#2 error.I was told from the employee that theres a problem with the phone. Before I left the store, I checked number of times to make sure that its not a SIM CARD problem.As soon as I got home, I inserted my sim card on the new phone and it works so BOOM, problem with the new SIM CARD I bought at this store.I called the ATT and I was told from the service tech that retailer didnt even activate the new sim card.If I hadnt called ATT service technician, I wouldve wasted my time and money thinking that its a faulty phone and returned it on my EXPENSE.

They are slow and people messed up SIM cards and made us pay for two new ones because they did not link them right. He had to ask his co work every time there was a problem. If was not for my mom paying for my phone i would not be part of at&t.

I’ve been going to this AT&T for years now and they’re great. I was in and out with a new phone in less than an hour. They don’t try to force you to buy other things and the employees very personable and helpful!

Despite unexpected complications which prolonged my recent purchase (which were NO fault of the staff), the sales associate Chris remained patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout my whole visit to the store. When a tech problem popped up, the other associates were willing to step up and offer suggestions. The whole atmosphere in the store was professional and positive the whole time I was there, thanks to the hard work and friendly demeanor of these associates.

I dont usually write reviews. But today I had one of my best walk-in store experiences in the area. All employees here are extremely nice, professional, and know what theyre doing. Im the least tech-savvy person ever, so being welcomed with silly questions and being actually helped feel great! Steven spent a great deal of time help me with technical stuff on my phone even though he didnt have to do so. I loved how he encouraged me to come back anytime if I need to. Thank you Steven!

This store is horrible. My mother and I went in to upgrade my mothers phone couple of weeks ago because of the samsung galaxy s10e deal that was going on, but as we got in we found out that the deal only applied to those with the unlimited data plan. Thinking of passing up on the deal, as my mother and I were about to leave the store, the manager of the store came up to us and started helping us out. He started punching in numbers and told us that from our current plan, moving over to the unlimited plan, he said that we would bring our bill down about to $290/month which is $40 less than what we usually pay a month, so we signed up with him and took his word, but today which is 6/4/20, 2 weeks later, my mother having issues with the bill amount called me telling me that her bill is over $300 with out tax and calling up AT&T customer service, we just found out that the manager at this store gave us false information about the deal & the plan he mentioned to us that he was going to sign us up for and the price he gave us was completely fraud.I used to work at this store as well and people like the manager that sold us my mothers phone shouldnt work with work ethics like this!!!I usually dont get so mad with mistakes, but this manager we worked with needs to learn his basics first again before he moves on in life!!!!

My boyfriend and I came in yesterday to order Apple watches and had an awesome experience. Youssef helped us out and was kind and funny and very time efficient. The other workers Nicolas and Jaime were equally as kind and hard working while we were there. Bought a screen protector from Nicholas for an iPhone and he was a great help installed it on my phone and off I went. Later in the day the screen protector started coming loose in the corner and wasn’t sticking properly so I come back the next day to see about a remedy for the situation as I had not even had this on my phone for 24 hours. Nicholas was not in the store this time and another gentleman asked how he could help me and I explained the situation and he basically tells me I need to register the product with the company body guardz and that I have to go through them for a replacement screen protector because there is a lifetime Guarantee on the product and that I should pay the 5 dollars or whatever the cost is to get this replaced because it would be CHEAPER for me to go about it that way. I was also told you can come back another time and someone can try to reapply the screen protector....why can’t you do it? I didn’t even ask this question because the gentleman clearly didn’t care one bit. Why pass me off to someone else. So after paying $50 dollars for a piece of glass I was advised to pay more money for another piece of glass because they don’t offer returns on screen protectors. I was not asking for a refund I just wanted my $50 piece of glass to stick to my phone and actually protect it like it’s supposed to do. The whole reason I bought it. Not satisfied with the way the situation was handled and there was no effort on the employees part to try to make the situation right other than go through the manufacturer and pay more money for another screen protector. Point being customer service was horrible and a complete 180 from the help I had received from Nicholas.I will not be returning to purchase anything ever again nor recommend this location for anything.

I came in with the worst circumstances to the store and it only got worse when I was trying to get a new plan. However, they stuck it through with me and especially Jaime who was the nicest guy and stayed over hours even though he couldve kicked me out of the store since it was closed. He made sure I got my plan before I left so best customer experience so far. If the managers are reading this, go easy on them, they were really there to help me.

Let me start off with saying how much of a pleasure it has been dealing with this at&t location, youssef is very patient and knowledgeable. I have my own business and wanted to transfer 10 lines over from sprint he made the entire process hassle free and effortless while not spending hours and hours doing it. If you need a phone or have any questions come by and check out youssef at this location!!!

Rep quoted wrong price. I switched over from sprint to get better signal and a good deal. Rep assured me the final cost with no additional fees. My monthly bill is $34 dollars over what he quoted. Called at&t and they could do nothing about it. Highly disappointed. Ready to pay off my phone and switch companies.

Everything seems to take too long at any AT&T location. Not because of the people working there. Theyre always courteous and helpful. Seems like they could improve processes.

The Nicholas with the drippy red pants and the fye beard, was hella chill and helpful, tried to help us out as much as possible.

I just wanted to update my plan to the newest one and to add my veteran discount. The staff were very helpful but not well trained or well prepared. Also AT&T required them to delete my old account and make a brand new one. The process was painful and slow. I had to do it in store bc they needed my veteran id. This ended up taking nearly two hours. The staff were obviously trying but they spent a lot of time trying to make some arbitrary bureaucratic changes and my wife and son just sat around waiting for us to finish. In the end they gave us what we asked but the process to get it done was way too burdensome.

Love the store and the reps there. If you go by you can’t go wrong with any of them but I recommend Banaz, Ericka, and Youssef. They really take great care of you.

Purchased a phone for my wife as a last minute valentines gift... This folks are good while selling although when you needed support all you get is a phone number... its (seven zero three) 451 8500. Called everyday for a week, all i get is an answering machine and still have not talked to an actual person. Even tried their 888 number with no luck.Do not waste your time. Go to your local Target or an actual AT&T store (not a dealer) instead, they have the same products with better support.
