Ive visited many different dental offices and this one is by far the best one. I feel welcomed by everyone in the office. Jessica, Gustavo, and Becky are nice and upbeat. Cindy makes me feel at ease in the back and guides me through the entire process. I am glad I found this place and recommend it to everyone

I had to call so many dentists for an emergency appointment before finally being accepted for one at United Dental and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service or better dental work. They are very professional here, so welcoming and friendly, and make the whole process very simple and efficient. My dental assistant that day Cindy was so kind that she made my experience 100x easier which was so appreciated as I’m someone who normally gets very anxious and nervous at the dentists office.

Cecilia took care of me at the desk. She was perfect considering how nervous I was. Cindy talked me through my extraction and also made me just as comfortable. My dentist Dr. Jang was efficient and quickly had me in & out! Overall experience was easily a 10 out of 10. They were awesome! Highly recommend for anyone!

I had been postponing dental care because of the pandemic, but I found them on internet and I can’t be more happy about it. I found United Dental Group through a Groupon for a cleaning. I decided to stay and get a lot of dental work done with Dr. Kim. Lecilia at the front desk gave me very good prices which helped to convince me. They will work with you on payments etc. They take care credit and offer no interest for a certain amount of time. That helps a lot in spreading out the cost of major procedures. She calls to remind me about the appointments, as well as the day of the procedure, to take certain medications. Donovan the Dental Assistant, along with knowing his job inside out, helps lighten the mood and guide me through procedures. Dr. Kim is very friendly, makes sure I am numb and do not feel a thing. One tooth pulled so far, two root canals, some deep fillings and I have not felt a thing. He will help you for a few days after the procedure if you need something for pain. Very convenient at Tysons Corner. Parking is a 30 second walk from their office. If you are looking for a dentist with good prices, especially for this area, it is worth your time to stop by and talk to them.

I have always been hesitant with my teeth and doing dental care, fortunately the United Dental Group has helped me in that process. I was able to complete a deep clean of my teeth and gum, as well as teeth whitening in the span of three weeks. I just rescently started going to United Dental Group, I needed my bottom dentures made. As soon as I walked through the door i was greeted by Cecilia, she is very professonial yet very nice. Everytime I walk through the door Cecilia stops what shes doing waves at me, says hi and how am I doing. This makes you feel welcome and puts you at ease. Now Dr. Kim my dentist explains every step of the procedure. He makes sure you understand everything. My teeth were finished and in my mouth when he said they would be, there was only one adjustment made, now Im ready for Prime Rib. By far the best dental clinic I’ve visited! The interior is well decorated and equipped with modern equipment but the best part of my visit was the customer service I received upon arrival from the two delightful receptionists! You won’t be disappointed.

This office is clean and professional. The staff is very nice and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable and made sure I was in no pain. I went in for a cleaning and whitening. They said my teeth were already white so it wouldn’t be a drastic change but they actually used a stronger whitening treatment that was not the one originally included in the Groupon. They really went above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

I visited this dental office by the introduction of my friend.Implant and bone graft were needed and the manager explained in detail and easily.I visited a week later and received the treatment and the doctor was skillful and kind.I was satisfied with the treatment without much pain.

Office staff at both locations have been terrible with communication. I called to reschedule an appointment in October (the day before the appointment) and was told the orthodontist had resigned since our last appointment. I’ve called back several times since and don’t even know if there’s a new orthodontist because they keep asking me to call on a different day to talk to a specific person. At one point I had to take my daughter to the other location for an emergency and that office never communicated to the Centreville office that I would need a follow up even though they assured me they would handle it. At this point, I’m not taking my kid back there. Do not waste your time or money

It was a great experience and customer service.

We had a family member get crown done here and in a single year it cracked completely splitting in half. These things happen right? so we followed up to have it checked out but as other reviewers have mentioned the staff here compared to other offices in our experience have been inconsistent, unprofessional and do not keep appointments that they themselves have scheduled. they also do not return calls or follow up with patients in the event an appointment cannot be kept. We drove out on the appointed date and time that was written on the card they gave us and we arrived to a completely closed offfice. no call a day or week before telling us either. Go here at your own risk.

I went to this office to make a crown. The staff was very kind and the doctor explained well the treatment I needed in detail. And I was worried because the teeth for the crown were front teeth, but they made the crown with the color most similar to my teeth, and Im glad they finished the treatment well.

BEWARE of this office. This is the worst dental office Ive ever been.THE MANAGER IS SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The staffs dont pick up the phone and they are talking and laughing each other.THE OWNER must be really generous to hire and pay for UNPROFESSIONAL employees!They are always fighting or arguing.They make you wait at least 30 min after your appointment time.You see always different front desk and assistant every visit. What a joke!!!!Their system is very disorganized.

We have been with UD for a while now.  However, weve had several unfortunate issues that cant be ignored.A family member of mine went and they said that they had several cavities.  However, the appointment prior to that, they said she had perfect teeth and didnt need any treatment.  She was a little wary and said she would ask another dental group to make sure that she did need to treat her cavities.  It turned out that she had absolutely no cavities at all.  Please make sure you get a second opinion before getting treated, because you might be damaging your teeth for no reason!!

It was very pleasant visit to UD Dentistry. Dr. Hong was my dentist. He was very thorough and skillful. The office manager was very detail oriented and caring. Most of all, the cost was very reasonable. Clean and beautiful office setting. I was impressed.

Went in there today to get a implant glued back on. The front desk ladies will greet you, making you feel welcomed. I personally like how they want you to “understand” the situation thats has to do with your teeth. Very respectful individuals. Not a place for dating but im pretty sure you’ll see some cute ladies around hahahaha!!! O man crack myself up!

My friend used to work here so I went in for my routine dental checkup. A dentist here told me that I have many cavities even though other doctors didn’t say anything about it. I let him work on my teeth and now all of my teeth are in so much pain. The office manager is very rude and doesn’t know anything about dentistry. And my friend got fired for an unfair reason. I recommend this place if you want to lose your teeth.
