This facility is horrible. Its unsafe and unsanitary. The majority of the staff is not trained to support children with trauma. Only had interactions with 2 qualified staff members out of all of the staff employed at the Leland House. The psychiatrist is incompetent and refuses to communicate with parents. She also prescribed a toxic combination of meds that was detrimental to my childs health. She literally refuses to answer a direct phone call. They dont clean the house, its filthy. While my child was there her clothes were never cleaned and when we removed her from the facility, they provided all of her belongings, which reeked of urine, in trash bags.

This awful place has to be investigated by the authorities and hopefully shut down. None of the services described on their website are really provided! The staff is incompetent and unqualified to work with the kids in crisis. Do not trust them with your loved one!
