I worked with Rose to enhance my focus, motivation, and creativity. As a writer its easy to run out of creative steam and lose focus on projects. I cannot put my finger exactly on the cause-effect relationship of the work we are doing, but I have observed how differently I am thinking. Overall, I feel more grounded and like I “know myself better” and accept myself so much more. This comes through in my sense of humor that I am starting to express again and it is catching me off guard. I notice how things are not emotionally destabilizing me as much, how I can observe that I am getting wound up in a situation and address it before I “take on” anything that is not mine, and that I may have grown out of “old patterns” I have once been taught and deserve to “grow up” into new ones that serve me better now.I still have a lot of emotions but they seem to stay on the happy/content side of the spectrum and all the rest is clearer logical thinking and problem solving. It is almost like she is untangling my emotional (subconscious) brain from my logical (conscious) brain so that I can be more efficient and in charge of my own life again. I am such a fan!
