Tom and his awesome team were amazing! My kitchen, sunroom, living room, both bedrooms, both bathrooms and dining area were absolutely immaculate! I will NOT use anyone else. I plan on using their services at least once a month as well as getting some much needed help with organizing my condo.Moving from out of state, Texas, as a teacher can be quite overwhelming. Finally settling in and realizing you have so much stuff and no idea where to start can also be a problem. As a super busy stepmom, “new normal” teacher, chef to the Mr., and the many other hats I wear...cleaning can definitely take its toll on you. Ammas cleaning services takes the heavy work away and allows you to have peace of mind. Tom and his crew are now apart of my self-care routine! Thank y’all for everything!!!

NOT spotless and very over priced!I live in a very small basement apartment. I have a serious illness that makes it hard for me to keep my space as tidy as I’d like. I’ve worked with Tom twice. The first time he charged me $100. The place was messy, not dirty, so $100 felt like a bit much but I didn’t make a big deal about it. The service was acceptable. Not great but not poor.I hired him about 10 months later to clean the same space. I hired him bc he was the only person available for same day cleaning. Which I needed because I would be having a medical procedure done and I wanted my place to be SPOTLESS (it wasn’t dirty and hardly messy but I wanted spotless after being sick in a hospital). He charged me $160! To clean a small basement apartment already in decent shape! He was also about 15 minutes late.The WORST part was after he “cleaned” I noticed all my dishes had a strange powdery white substance on them AND food was left on them! Which is GROSS and UNACCEPTABLE but for someone already ill, very dangerous!When I contacted him and calmly told him what I found, and sent him pictures he told me it “can’t be” true. Even though it was basically five minutes after he left and I sent pictures. He argued with me about how he used soap and water so there’s no way anything was left- instead of just being a professional and coming back to rectify it.Eventually he offered to come back on Wednesday (the incident took place on Sunday) to rewash the dishes even though I paid for SAME DAY SERVICE and for my purposes, Wednesday would be way too late!He was also kind enough to leave a bag full of trash for me to take out, instead of taking the bag out with him since I PAID him to do so!I will NEVER hire him or recommend him.

Putting your house on the market is stressful, I am so glad I took some of the stress off myself and called Tom! I asked him if he could move my things around to make them look nicer when people came to see the house. Not only did he make sure the house was spotless, he made sure it actually looked all around great. He moved around some plants, set aside some extraneous items, and in my art room he went all out and I was simply shocked at the change. I got several estimates and he beat them all hands down, while going well above and beyond your average house cleaning, or even your average deep clean. He also understood my budget, and gave me several different options on how I could get what I needed without adding financial stress. He came out the next day for estimate, and I was scheduled the day after. I suggest you take advantage of the free estimate. You have nothing to lose and a whole lot more than you expected to gain.
