Im stunned! I saw all the great ratings and thats why I decided to try them. I had them out today to do some spot cleaning. He did much more than spot cleaning! Im just soooooo happy. I told him he could totally raise his prices and that I felt like I ripped him off! This is an amazing company and service. He got every stain off the carpets!! (He also showed up wearing a mask, booties, and suggested I put the birds away because of the chemicals!) Oh! He also gave me a free bottle (he gives it to all of his clients) of a carpet cleaner to keep things looking fresh!

I moved in to a new home and while the carpets were only a few months old I still wanted to do a cleaning before moving in. Their customer service rep responded extremely quickly to my email, we set up service and 2 days later they were here on time. He did the job promptly and my carpets smelled great. Service is great and i plan to use them again.

I have hired numerous carpet cleaning companies over the years, but I have finally found the one that I will continue to use from now on!! Mighty Clean did an awesome job! We had what we thought were wicking stains. These stains were in a room that we hardly even use. But, Mighty Clean was able to treat and get the stains out of our carpet. Everyone with the company is so polite. The carpet technician arrived on time, and he was very friendly, thorough and considerate. I cant recommend them enough!!

Cleaned entire downstairs and a family room. Cleaning was excellent. A small spot appeared after the first cleaning, which is natural. Mighty Clean clearly told me that they would return and deal with spots or any other issue I might have free of charge. They did so and even called after the second visit to make sure I was satisified.

Cannot say enough about my experience with Mighty Clean. The woman I spoke to on the phone was awesome, the gentleman who came to the house was in knowledgeable and helpful and the work they did was top notch. Will use them again without a doubt.

The entire process was professional and quick. My son got sick on our light beige carpet and I wanted it cleaned professionally. It was about a week before they came out but Linda explained everything over the phone. They arrived right on time (with a 30 minute heads up call) and Dan was great. The company came out to clean my condo carpets. They were on time, and professional. After the cleaning, there were still many stains on the carpets. I am a little disappointed because I thought a professional cleaning company would do a better job than me renting rug doctor. The company does offer re-cleaning on their website. I did not chose that option because it is too much trouble (had to take the day off, move furniture, etc)

We are so pleased with this service, from the set-up call to the cleaning! I called and was able to schedule a carpet cleaning with the most friendly woman. It was fairly last minute - but they happened to have an opening for a few days after my call. She did a preliminary estimate, which was very reasonable, and so I scheduled the appointment immediately. I also love that they are a local company! Mike called the morning of the cleaning to let us know that he could actually come a bit EARLIER than planned - which was perfect! When he got here, we ended up adding a few areas to the original plan, and Mike was able to make those accommodations for us! He cleaned 3 living areas, the stairs, and upstairs hallway! They look amazing! So pleased with this service!

Very pleased!!!!! Mighty Clean cleaned the carpets in our Family Room, Dining Room, Living Room, and stairs. They also cleaned the upholstery on 4 large stuffed chairs. The results were excellent. Competitively priced. Had good appearance and were on-time. Guys were careful and informative. Even offered to return and spot clean carpet stains after initial cleaning. The carpet looked well post cleaning.It was our first experience using such services and had very high expectations - perhaps unreasonable - but the technicians were upfront on what they can/can’t clean, and we did get precisely what we were told right before the service.Will recommend and will likely use again should we need such survices.

My carpet is only 18 months old. But, I have two 11 year old boxers. They created a few pee spots on my basement carpet. Much to my surprise, Mighty Clean showed me via black light that it was more than a few. They cleaned up the dark spots, got rid of the smell, and made my carpet look brand new again. I love my carpets again. These guys are really good. Well worth the money! Definitely calling again for future cleaning.

Mighty Clean Carpet Care did a fantastic job on my carpets, stair runner and upholstery. We have white micro-suede dining chairs that often get food stains and drink spills. They cleaned and treated the chairs so that now when there is a spill, we can wipe it up with a damp cloth. I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your carpet and preventative care needs. They are honest, good guys that are punctual, fairly priced and really nice to work with.

I used Mighty Clean to do a move out clean on the carpets in the rental unit we lived in (requirement of the lease). They showed up early which was perfect! They walked through and looked at the carpets and areas to clean with me. We lived in a 4 story townhouse with about 4.5 set of carpeted staircases. They were professional, quick, and the carpets never looked so good. Even the landlord was impressed at our walkthrough. I got Mighty Clean from Angies List and they had many stellar recommendations, even though they were slightly more expensive. I had them in to clean one room of carpet and a sofa and recliner so I got a small discount on the carpet because I got another type of cleaning at the same time.The office called the day before to remind me of the appointment then, the morning of the appointment, the owner/cleaner called to say he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He was exactly on time, looked everything over and asked about areas in particular I was concerned about having cleaned. My carpet is 11 and pretty light, but in good condition overall, so I wasnt too concerned.He vacuumed everything carefully, then cleaned everything and set it up on styrofoam so it didnt damage the furniture legs or carpet. The next day it looked wonderful! I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to a client.
