I am really disappointed by the customer service by Chloe and Darren. I’ve rented vehicles from Enterprise for over 12 years and a gold member.My sister went to pickup a vehicle on my behalf. She called into to inform the branch that there will be an additional driver. The representative did not mention anything about the extra cost, which is totally discretionary, I used to work for Enterprise.The reason they held firm, was because we did not purchase the additional insurance. I understand that’s how the reps get credit, but we do not have a need for additional insurance.The branch manager(Darren) called back and enforced it. Also, I informed him on my long lasting relationship and status at enterprise. He was not concerned about delivering a good experience.Also, the car smells like smoke!

Promptly opened up for business hours. Friendly and helpful staff. Good riding car. Reccomend you check in ahead before you need the car. Your ride may not be available and one of equal value may not be clean.

A regular customer here. Used to pay about $30 per day, now its $70+.On top of that, they shut down after hours return on Sunday, so I am forced to rent for two days instead of one. So now I am having to pay $140 instead of $30 for the same thing, thats almost 5x what I used to spend before. Why should I not stop renting and just buy a car then?!

I’ve used enterprise before but this last experience was the best I’ve had yet. Great customer service. Charges were as described, no hidden fees, no hassles or issues. Everyone was super friendly and even picked me up. Will definitely use the Centreville location again!

So glad I had Pete helping me with my rental. He is a real professional and has fantastic customer service skills. From the beginning till the end of the transaction he was awesome. Enterprise is lucky to have him onboard.

This was a great rental car experience. Everyone that I made contact with, either over the phone or in person, was fabulous. Great customer service and great car. I would absolutely recommend and will rent a car from them again if I need to.

The vehicle rental experience was terrific- quick and courteous. I had a clean and reliable car (meeting my reservation specifications) within minutes of arriving at the Centreville office location. The representative, Jeff, was proactive in calling to confirm my pick up location, as well as touching base after I had returned my car via their after hours key drop. They even picked me up at the auto shop, though it was beyond their usual radius of service!

I am not sure where to begin. Amanda was incredible very professional and accommodating. She came across caring compassionate and truly genuine in her approach to resolving our needs. The manager Ivan was also very accommodating. It is nice to walk into a business and leave feeling much better than when you walked in. We were going through so much and very frustrated when we walked into Enterprise but we left feeling really good. I will continue patronizing the Centreville location and I will share this experience and encourage others to patronize them. Thank you

If I could give Ethan more than 5 stars I would. My wife and I were in a pinch after the winter storms grounded the airports and we couldn’t get home. He worked with us when he really didn’t have to so that we could get a car and get home. Great customer service.

This office is great. Quick service when arrived. Car was perfect. Then I got a flat tire after running over a razor blade and no similar cars were available so they upgraded me at no charge and didnt even charge me for the tire. Will always use this location when in town.

I can honestly say I only had one horrible experience there with a guy named Adam, who is no longer working there. John the manager there for the last year or so is pretty much the nicest guy ever. Ive never had an issue with my car not being ready or paperwork or the hold being released back to my card on time. I have been using enterprise since 1998 and this is by far the best car rental company. And the Centreville Location is great.

Great customer service. Picked up a car yesterday afternoon and the woman working at the front desk was very nice. I came in late so a car wasnt available at the time I came in. The woman working was very patient while waiting with me for a car to be delivered to this location. I will come back to this location when I rent a car in the future.

The best location I have ever used. Red Carpet customer service, friendly faces, they make you feel like Family!. This location is definitely one to emulate.

Easy to rent a car from enterprise. I wish they could have more people to help. Sometimes you have to wait long to get served.

These guys rock on service. I love the pickup service & used it quite a few times now. Only small complaint I have is the lack of GPS in their cars so I have tount cell, power, etc.Other than that you really cant go wrong with Enterprise.

Awesome experience from reservation to return. The people were extremely helpful and conscientious. They did a thorough walk around to establish the condition of the van and explained the operating characteristics of the vehicle (in luring a somewhat hidden gas tank fill). The vehicle drove very well empty and under a load and got surprisingly good gas mileage. The Sunday afternoon return and keydrop was simple and the followthrough by staff at this location was excellent. No need for me to look further than Enterprise in the future to move my kids.

Awesome people at this location. I didnt know that they close at noon on Saturday and I came in 20min past 12:00nn and they still accommodated me. They also have the lowest price compared to other Enterprise around the area. I will always get my rental from this place.

Awesome! So glad uhaul was fully booked, because enterprise was so easy and just downright seamless. Another customer wanted a truck but was offered a van since Id booked the last truck. Originally I called and asked for a van but was told they just had a pick up truck. It didnt take more than 5min to switch with him, and the van was brought from a nearby lot so quick I didnt have time to wait lol. Great customer service, well worth paying a little more to move. Also liked the unlimited miles.

I rented the car thru the insurance since my car got total, the guy who help ETHAN BALL, didnt explain about collision coverage which is optional. Instead he just RUSHING me to sign the contract with no explanation whatsoever. I got charge for $319 because of his stupidity.Enterprise refuse to refund my moneyUpdated: They never get back to me, even though i email several time, call them and visits them, never get back to me.Really really bad customer service. Avoid this place

I rented a car this past weekend and when I returned it the first thing the agent did was to look on the car roof to tell me that there were some damages before even looking anywhere else. They held my security deposit and told me that I am responsible for that while I know nothing about those dents. Like they might be doing that to anyone renting that car

The car was ready on time. And I loved the fact that Jeff called me when the car was returned to let me know everything was ok with it and confirm how much my credit card was going to be charge.

Everyone was very friendly and the in and out process was fast. They ever fix my flat tire on my car when I came back to return the rental. I would highly recommend using the Entreprise Rent A Car located in Centreville.

From start to finish, on a rental during the busiest holiday weekend, the Centreville VA staff was pleasant, patient and very efficient.
