Very impressed with the knowledge of the repairman from Express Centreville Appliance Repair. He did a great job repairing our broken refrigerator.

They were prompt in coming out to look at the issue but the repair person pretty much just sat there for 10 minutes and told me it was broken. He mentioned it was a “special order” for the door handle after days of not following up and wanted an additional 10 days after that for something I found on Amazon in just a few minutes. Very disappointed.

Technican was extremely kind, quite and precise in his diagnosing what was potentially wrong with my dishwasher. He gave sound options that were directed to letting the customer make the best choice. Recommended
