What a horrible experience! They messed up the sensors On my car. When we called to get it fixed, the owner told us to go duck (not the word he used but kids might be reading this so I edited it) our selves. That he’s not responsible for the damage and to take it to the dealership. He then threatened us and told us to come down to his shop so he could get into a physical altercation with us! I’m shocked. On a side note the guy who installed the window smoked while in my car and while my car was parked in a no smoking campus. Think twice before using this company.

I cannot make a review on the service I received because I didnt receive the service promised to me. On Monday morning I called to have my side window replaced and I was told that I could have that window replaced the following day. Well, I received a call Tuesday morning to inform me that the window that was sent was the incorrect window. (Claims that the box said it was the correct window, but the window inside the box was different.) Maybe he forgot to order the window, idk? He offered a discounted price for the inconvenience and I thought that was nice of him. So, he proceeds to tell me that a new window is going to be ordered and hell do it the following morning (Wednesday). He said hell call to let me know exactly what time he plans on coming out. I waited a couple hours for his call, so I finally called him and got his voicemail. I left a voicemail, but received no call back. I made three more attempts to contact him, but no luck. It is now the late afternoon and I still havent heard back. Thanks a lot for wasting my time!!!

While watching baseball yesterday a ball went threw are front window. Safelite couldnt replace it til wendsday that would not work for us.
