It was helpful when I was going to college, but terrible on communication. Also after I graduated they were no help at all. I got my own job by myself, and when I said I wanted an actual career and help with that, they just sent me to Work Source. So save your time and go to Work Source instead. Theyll actually help you. They also had me take some test and never told me the results.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Care is slip shod.

So far my experience with James Churchill has been demonstrated a lack of communication and nothing but delays. I am ready, and eager to get to work. Seems to be nothing but excuses and delays in the program. OVER and ABOVE, Voc. Rehab. had me sign releases for my medical records, and even wanted me to have a psych eval. I am already on SSDI and assumed eligible for the program. After talking to other ticket to work providers, they do not need nor do they want your entire medical history. I feel that Voc. Rehab. has been intrusive and I have been taken advantage of. I cancelled the psych eval...waiting to see if I am still in the program or if I will even hear from James Churchill .... It should not be this way - period

I had my psych eval which I had already done online with James Churchill. I have been in the program for almost two years. I have done my own job searches. Now, I have a Tina (VR management) and Armondo, who apparently replaced Jim. Things seem to be worse now. Everyone seems to be out of the office, meetings, etc. I just received a call from Catherine? I am still waiting to get my hearing aids, they literally are falling apart. Both hearing aids have a level that is broken and the batteries come out easily. I do need some wipers and oil change to continue a search. Arvada has already provided a letter to them with what I need as hearing aids. I cannot hear can someone please help! Latest update, had to pay my gas (limited money) to say NO to hearing aids that has been on the table for months. Kathleen, you are stalling and delaying. I understand you are doing the LOTTERY SYSTEM NOW PER MAILINGS. KATHLEEN, YOU COULD HAVE DONE AN OVER THE PHONE INTERVIEW. Not really sure what I signed, yet Schneider is getting paid along with yourself to save on the budget. i have totally wasted two years of my time with DVR as you called it here. You stated an additional two months to get it approved. Why? The letter and everything was available. I had also many times state that I wanted a copy of my entire file. You can send it to my sons address, 929 Middle Fork Road, Onalaska, WA 98570. Kathleen and Tina, pay your vendors, but without clients you would neither have a job at all. My phone number and email will remain the same. Shame on this situation. Now, I have hearing aids that do not work and you have seen them. What a sad situation. You take advantage of people and not professional at all. You do not help, you hinder.
