We needed a large TV for a display booth at the local fair. As it was only needed for 1 week we didn’t really want to purchase one so I contacted Buddy’s. They were able to do a short term rental, delivered it & picked it up at the end of the fair. It was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

I wish i could get ahold of corporate about these guys. I have been a customer for years, and have had problems ever since the new management took over. First off I rented a TV that i have had about a year now that will not screen share nor will it connect to the internet to update itself to allow the screen share to work. This has been going on since i got the thing. Ive called them numerous times the suggested swapping the tv out but they never did or even bothered to call me back. In fact i have done this every month since ive had it. Escalating it does nothing. The manager seems aloof and like he doesnt want to be bothered. And when it has gone that far he keeps refering me to the manufacturer. Which after they want me to send the tv away for weeks at this point to fix it. I have told them this and all i get is we will call you back and no phone call........... Yet when we are late on a payment they are on the spot knocking on my front door for their money....... After i have told them to contact my fiance instead of me. I work long hours 14+ per day and sleep during the day. They show up and i am half asleep dealing with them in a state of non comprehension.... Kind of hard to be a decent human being when you are woken up by them wanting money. Also funny how my fiance has no voicemail and no missed calls from them.....I do not know how they plan to opperate a business where they put defects on the manufacturer. Especially while you are still in contract with them. Thats not how it worked with the old management. I would simply call and they would fix it. You would expect that the extra thousands of dollars spent on the product would at least get you decent customer service. The TV has not worked properly since ive had it and this store seemingly brushed me off every time i called about it. I finally had to take care of it on my own.... Will never step foot in the store again.....

It was fine until we were given a new set and requested they come pick up this set. We called about a week and a half ago was told by Hector someone would call within 24 to 48 hours, no one called. Called again today and was given the run around, they tried to make it seem as if we owed a payment but we do not we pay a month before, I have all our receipts. At this point I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

My husband and myself leased a tv stand from them. Due to financial reasons, we could no longer afford the payments. So, we did the responsible thing and called to cancel the lease and arrange pickup of the stand. When we called, we were told that we had to pay the payment before they would come pick up the stand. Huh? Excuse me what? Then, of course, the next day they had to come get it was after our next payday. Two weeks from today! They said we will have to keep making payments until they schedule a pickup. I do not think so! I am calling corporate and calling our bank to stop all further payments to Buddys. Come get your tv stand, Buddys. Please, whatever you do, take your business elsewhere! We dont deserve this treatment after trying to do the right thing. Completely unacceptable!

I wouldnt even give them a star at all, very disappointed! Ray took it upon himself to send an order in, which I signed NOTHING for and tried to tell me we have to pay $30 a week for something we didnt even want. Very pushy, rude people.Ill never go here again.
