Repaired our computer for a very good price. Fast service is always a plus. We all talked while they worked. 25 minutes later we were done.

I went in there because I was told it’s a good place to go. Right when I walk in an older gentleman with glasses starts to answer my questions about a couple PC components I’m looking into getting. He immediately tells me I don’t need what I’m looking for (before I even have a chance to say I’m replacing, not adding onto) and starts to explain what RAM is to me like I’m a 5 year old. And not polite, but like someone talking down to someone. I have a degree in Computer Science FYI and have been building gaming rigs and office computers since 2001, so 20 years. So after a verbal belittling and not getting a chance to speak I ask about a power cord for a old monitor that I have. Again, he speaks in a belittling tone and speaks to me like he was either annoyed, not having a good day, or as if he didn’t like me (total stranger). I understand people have bad days but he was speaking to me like he for some reason didn’t like me and/or he was extremely annoyed. It was very off putting!So I ask about a power cable and in what came off as an extremely belittling tone, he starts to explain the differences in power cables. Which I appreciated but the tone was extremely unprofessional. He then said they’re cheap, around 10$ish. I go to the counter and am about to buy it and it’s then 30$.Again I understand people have bad days but in my own personal opinion it was not a pleasant experience. Maybe I was just getting the wrong feel off him as well and if I was I suppose I apologize but I don’t think I was. I am extremely well versed in the process of building computers, writing multitudes of different code, and setting up professional business networks. I knew exactly what I wanted (other than the power cable to a 20 year old monitor) and he would not let me finish to ask for it and after the condescending tone I had no urge to finish asking him. I hope I’m getting the wrong feel off of him but I will not be returning. I did buy a flash drive which works at least so that’s a plus haha.This is just my personal experience and I’ve heard nothing but good things from this place as well. I hope the best for their business because I love PCs and the business of repairing and building them.

Very professional. They actually document your concern and the steps to diagnosis and repair. In addition their prices are quite reasonable. The only thing is they are in demand so occasionally you may have to wait a few days. That said they completed my repairs within the time frame provided. Finally delightful people to interact with and their canine greeter was absolutely what I needed that day. Really love these people.

Fast & affordable! Ive brought a number of malfunctioning computers here over the years, and purchased some equipment and a refurbished computer from them as well. While I do have the occasional little complaint, for the most part theyre great! They got all my machines working again in a matter of days at most, for little money and without trying to sell me more hardware that I dont want or need. Thanks Zebra! Until next time... :)

TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND TIME.I brought in my laptop and they said it was going to be a simple fix. They replaced a simple part on my computer, and installed a WORSE operating system on my hard drive. My computer was in nice condition too. They couldnt figure out the problem like a bunch of idiots, and said it would be better to just swap the hard drive into an older, half busted machine. I trusted them and spent over a hundred bucks on a now worse machine than my broken one. DO NOT SHOP HERE. READ THE REVIEWS. looks like other people have had the same freaking experience as me!! What the hell!?

Probably the best computer store in the Twin Cities. Jeremy and the rest of the staff are very professional and knowledgeable about what they do. The only stop I ever need to make for my computer needs.

I have built my own computers in the past so I have a fair understanding of the machines. Zebra computers staff are highly skilled. They have never failed to find and fix the issues with my machines. Often when I bring my machine in and I tell them what is needed they show me what the real issue is. Far more often than not it is a much cheaper, better, and simpler fix. They are the best around so they are busey. Still, I have never had an in-house fix take more than a few days. Zebra computers keep my machines humming and my wallet fat. In Lewis county I wouldnt go anywhere else. Plus, they are very involved in the community, just another free up-grade.

I found Zebra technical staff (and office staff!) very helpful! I had just downloaded Windows 7 and had several problems from that, and Nick and Michael helped get me back on track, even had an anti-virus downloaded while I was there. My computer works great now. Very reasonable prices- I totally trust Zebra Computers, especially after a very negative experience with the person who traded my present computer to me, I was leery but now I have the best place to get any computer problems worked on. Yay! Im a very happy customer :)

Zebra Computers are great, friendly people with fantastic rates. My computer wouldnt let me get past the bios screen. I tried everything to fix it myself. I finally caved and took the computer in. They spent almost an hour to discover that my hard drive was fried. They ordered a new hard drive and had it up and running as soon as it was delivered. They only charged me for an hour of labor even though they spent an hour or more just running diagnostics. I really cant recommend them enough.

Mike and his staff have always met or exceeded our expectations when dealing with our many computer problems! Customer for 15 years and have always been pleased with the pricing and customer service.

Told me that they could fix my laptop computer then turned around a sold me a 10 year old laptop with lenix, parts missing, wore out hinges so bad that the screen could fall off at a moments notice, covered in scratches for $100! There was no communication about any of this at anytime. If I wouldve know my laptop wasnt fixable. I wouldve just gave them my laptop for their time and bought a new one! Possibly through them. Honestly very displeased with their service and dont recommend using their computers.

I hate to even give one star. Lady at desk was very nice, Mike came out diagnosed my computer and said mother board i paid $75 for board and express shipping. Said it would be 4-5 days but should have it by Monday 15th. Call Monday part just came in and i was next in line. Call Tuesday working on it. Call today Thursday he said that he was working diligently on my playstation I didnt give them a playstation. Described my computer after 19 minutes on hold they found it. Will try and work on it today. Politely pointed out that he told me it would be ready on Monday you tell me a bit I didnt like what he was doing that he would send the motherboard back give me my computer back and give me my money back guess what Im going to get my money back at my computer

Worst service ever! BEWARE!!Summary:1.) They took an unreasonable amount of time to fix my device.2.) Overcharged me big time.3.) Took weeks to return my item to me.4.) Intentionally left screws out of my device, causing it to start breaking again!!First of all, they wanted my laptop cord and password for a physical hardware fix that didnt require either of those things. I thought that was a bit intrusive, but I complied anyway. It took them weeks for what should have been a simple fix. When I finally received my laptop back they charged me three times the amount of the quote they had given me.BUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE: When the problem I originally took the computer there for started to resurface, I discovered screws were missing from the body of my device! DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICE HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!

Needed to get my brand new Chromebook keyboard fixed thanks to one of my cats who pulled off three keys. They tried to get them back on but they were too broken. They ordered me new keys and will put them on. Very nice people who work there.
