Great service, I bought my son in yesterday for a cut and we were only there 20 minutes. She was fast and he looks great.Definitely going back again.

Walked in for a hair cut. There were two employees on shift with absolutely no one else in the salon. They asked if I had an appointment which I didnt. I was then told that that they were too busy to cut my hair. I waited in th parking lot for about ten minutes calling other places to get a hair cut. Guess what, No-one entered the salon while I was still there making calls. Terrible customer service. By the way... I usually tip well..Sorry for your loss.

My son has gotten two botched haircuts from them back to back he asked for a standard fade and can home with his head shaved and some weird short bangs. No progression of length or attachment change all one length and a 1/8 inch line of bangs. Absolutely horrible.

My husband tried to get a haircut about 10am today no one in the place, 2 ladies not doing a thing. My husband just need a trim. They said he could come back at 1pm. Well he wont be coming back at all, nor will a few of our family members that are frequent customers.

Ive been getting my haircut here for years. Never a complaint or issues.Now that Im at the age where my hair doesnt know whether to turn gray or turn loose Ive learned to get the right hair products while Im there after consulting with Natasha.I enjoy the atmosphere there and the wait isnt that long if you walk-in. They do their best to get you in quickly between appointments. I recommend calling ahead either way. They are very friendly and easygoing. Ive been treated very nicely by any of the stylists that cut my hair. Its good to know the HairMasters shop is always ready to take care of your hair with big smiles and great conversation.Their products are top of the line for men as well as Ladies. Im impressed! I highly recommend this business because of my experience over 11 years with them.

Should probably update the business hours on Google. Went here at 7 to get a haircut since I get off work late, werent open. Wasted a trip.

I have came in to this place multiple multiple times for a haircut, and its always been did you make a appointment, um no. Well it would be better cause there is only two of us. Or just one. Its always something. There is only 1 customer in there and they say theyre busy. No your not. My hair cut takes like 10 minutes Im a guy not that hard.. I will never be coming back here the one in Tumwater is 10x better than this one here. I stop here cause its convienient but will never be here again.

They listen and do their best to cut the way you want.

Natasha Gordon is the best! She always does the best hair cuts, and she corrected a bad color someone else had done. It was amazing! I wont go to anyone else as long as I live in this area!

First thing first... the two posts that appear below this one are simply silly...They are irrelevant and, from what I have experienced, inaccurate. I have been using this location of Hair Masters as my primary source of haircuts for the last 2-3 years, and have received nothing less than quality results. Could the building be revamped... perhaps, however, it is fully functional and by no means in shabby conditions. Furthermore, when I go to receive my haircut, I do not rate my haircut experience off of the potential state or appearance of the building/ people who work there. I evaluate it based upon the performance/ competence of the employees. I would rather be in a sub-par building and receive a quality, and well executed hair cut than receive a poorly executed hair cut in a shiny, new structure (and for those of you who have read the posts prior to this one, you should notice that neither of them were complaints resulting from bad haircuts!! In fact, “Seahawk fan” gave a rating of 2 stars without complaining about the haircut; implying that not only was it a quality haircut… but they prefer a shiny building over quality results…). Lastly, as an individual of color, I would like to point out that never once have I received ill treatment, and that “lily’s” claim is not only potentially irrational for that reason, but also because a significant number of Hair Master Employees are also of color… In conclusion of this rant…. People are silly. If u want a quality haircut, than I would recommend this location.

Kayla has been cutting my hair religiously for the past 5 years and has done nothing less than an OUTSTANDING job on my hair . She always does such a quality job. Has such a pleasant demeanor and a beautiful smiling face .

I go in about every week to a week and a half and have my fade and top trimmed up. Always have had over the top customer service, and my haircut looks fantastic. Literally love Kayla there!

The ladies at this salon did beautiful work with last minute wedding hair up dos. They were able to accommodate 5 of us and style our hair in the multiple ways we requested. Our styles stayed in all night with no problems! Thank you all so much for making the time to work with us!

The girl thst cuts my hair is awesome! She gets it right every time. I had gone a lot of other places and they rush through. I always left with missed sections. That has never happened here.

I am super peculiar with who cuts my hair. Trying to find a new place to get hair cuts has been tough. They were very talkative and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys! Will be back.

Natasha Frye is the only one I will let touch my hair anymore she does a fantastic job every single time and never ever disappoints she always has a smile on her face and you can tell she absolutely loved her job. Defiantly going to continue to go to HairMasters:)

The lady didnt spend enough time cutting my hair.. she was happy with the 1970s hair she tried to let me leave with. I hate the hair cut she gave me. Great service. Nice and friendly. But I was not important enough for her to take her time and give me an updated look. No mother flashback for me please..

I went to great clips in Chehalis and lets just say MY PICTURE has over a thousand views and Im sure theres hundreds of people that decided to go elsewhere because I my post over a year ago, and it 7/12/18 now so ... Ill be heading into this salon today for the first time EVER not going to a great clips since I was 4 years old.I also reported the fake 1 star reviews on here. People that got fired are lame lol

The store is in much need of a facelift. The formica is coming off the stations. Tears in the wallpaper. Overall not a very clean store. Its uncomfortably cold and some of the workers could use some customer service skills and presentation including the Manager. When I go to get a hair cut I look at how well the person who will be cutting my hair is groomed and whether they take care of their own hair and presentation of themselves. Have had great experiences at other HairMasters but this one leaves alot to be desired.
