Nathan is a genius! He really knows his stuff not only about hearing aides but how the ear works itself. A few months ago I was having problems with plugged ears and I asked him if he knew what the cause could be. Weve recently moved to Medford from out-of-state and the normal conditions for getting medical claims has been a hassle, due to a change in insurance carriers. I needed service on my existing hearing aid and came to Nathan at Soundscape. A year later, when I switched over to Medicare as my primary insurance, I returned to Soundscape for more service and a second hearing aid.We have found Nathan and his business partner Jay to be friendly and courteous, very helpful with insurance concerns, and very accommodating in arranging for appointments. I am so thrilled with my Siemens hearing aids I purchased from Soundscape Hearing Aid Solutions a few months ago I was compelled to write a review for others with hearing problems.
