I am very picky on who works on my vehicles. Tims Auto Repair came highly recommended to me from a close friend. So i took my truck to them and they were very pleasant to work with got my truck diagnosed right away, And told me a repair and cost that seemed fair. I was able to get a ride to airport and picked up when i flew back into town. My truck was fixed and waiting for me. Thank you, your company was a pleasure working with you. He is a thief. Dont take your car there, he will up the price and not do any work just so he can keep your car. The police will do nothing to help you. Do not give him your keys.

These dudes are dope. Took my fathers old ford diesel to them and they found some electronics that caused the engine light to come on and fixed me up. My truck was there for a while but i spent like 16,000 on it little things and big things. Transmission is new and diesel injectors and turbo. This truck has a bunch of power now and a trans to hold the power thankfully. Now towing my dirt bikes all over the us i dont have to worry about it breaking down. Been 3 months now and its better than new.

Worst mechanic in all of oregon. Had my vehicle recovered by my attorneys and Jackson County sheriffs department after 9 months of him having it and him keeping the $12,000 deposit and not doing any of the work except for disassembly so that it was as hard as possible to retrieve my vehicle. Beware...scam artist to the fullest.

I can say for sure that most of these five star reviews are fake. Ive seen Tim write and post these reviews himself. The guy is an absolute scammer and shouldnt be trusted by anyone.BTW, that review from my grandparents about the Saturn they bought me was not written by them and doesnt even have the correct name. This car has been nothing but a nightmare. I tried letting him fix it and he could not. He just kept throwing parts at it and the check engine light would go off for an hour or two. Wound up going to another shop after 10+ visits to Tims and they managed to get it right the first time.

We went in to have our AC fixed and Twin turbos. He would not give us receipts after we handed over 9k 3 months ago and said he would email them but he was busy. As soon as we drove off the lot we noticed the Ac only worked while the truck was in motion and then the turbos sounded weird still. After him not replying we had to take it to another shop where they said he put in bad turbos and the AC was still busted. We tried to get ahold of him for the past few months about our issues and getting our receipts. He finally texted back and said he got covid and sold his business and to bug the place he sold the business too about it. We just hired a lawyer out of Jackson county and will be filing to get our money back! This guy is a complete scam!

Initial service while we were in town was great and Tim was very helpful. We ended up buying a vehicle from his shop back in December and once we got it back to our home town Tim would not do anything he said he would and we have not been able to get it registered since. He said he would send us the correct paperwork we needed to register it in our state and he hasn’t and he even stopped answering phone calls from my fiancé and I. So we waisted over $4,000 for something we can’t even drive.

This place is a RIP OFF. The owner Tim is a liar and a thief and will steal you blind if you let him or have anything to do with him! Dont trust him to work on a Tonka toy.

Tim is truly great. I had issues with my truck late on a Saturday afternoon and he stayed late that evening to accept the tow truck and lock my truck behind his fence. He arrive early Sunday morning and finished the repairs. Really got me out of a jam and on the weekend no less. The work was spot on and affordable and he worked with me to identify what repairs to perform now and what could wait. Was just a really good experience!

Had to have emergency repairs while traveling up I-5. Most shops in the area couldnt get me in right away or were way out of my price range. Tims was able to fix my vehicle by the next day and price was very reasonable for the work. The only bad thing i can say is that it was hard to locate (no sign) and could use a bit of cleaning. But i had no issues driving all the way to Seattle after they fixed it up.

France in the office got me a good estimate for brakes on my Mercedes Benz over the phone. Got my brakes done about 3 weeks after i got my quote and when i went in tims was having a brake special. I saved $60 on brakes. Ill be coming back alot. Really cool bunch of people.

Broke down over the labor day weekend. Only shop open . My 2010 duramax lost the transmission pulling my 5th wheel. This guy tim was cool. He loaned me his trick to get my camper to my site. I work on all my stuff and own my own diesel shop. He let me come down and watch. He pulled my transmission out and tore it down. Found c3 clutches smoked and apply piston failed. He rebuilt the transmission gave me a Triple disk billet torque converter off the shelf . Got my truck back on the road. Hes got a cool old shop . This guy knows his stuff. If your broke down in town or out of town traveling. hands down the best guy to go see. They carry a bunch of parts. I hope to do more business with this company. They have tuners. Efi live. Injectors, injector rebuild kits and tips. Turbos. Transmission parts to build them same day. And a bunch of built transmissions and motors in that small shop. Ill be back forsure. Im going to bring my 2003 lb7 duramax in for some work. 4 hour drive but it will be worth it. Thanks again Tims auto repair!

Had my 2009 f350 ford checked out. Another shop in eugene told me they did egr delete. Tims auto repair called me in showed me my egr was still in there and all intact no block off plates or anything. And of course i had a egr fail and the turbo. They hooked me up with true bullet proof. Arp head studs, egr delete new turbos. This thing has been running great now for a month just stopped in and they looked everything over and gave me a clean bill of health. Great guys here. Always have the parts i need in stock. Lol dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing. If they always have the parts it may mean this rig is known for breaking down. At least i found someone i trust to fix it right.

I took my F_150 to Tims Auto Repair company and trusted them to tell me the truth about my truk they told me my truck had a lot of problems oil in the cooling system it was going to cost me around 3000 dollars to fix i got another shop to look at it they said somebody didnt put the hoses on right so my cooling system was leaking and my hoses were on backwards but the big thing was that there is nothing wrong with my truck they looked at what I payed Tims Auto and said he tripled the cost that it should have been i was not happy

Fixed up a 96 Sable for me after it overheated and blew a head gasket, full rebuild on the cooling system. Been running like a dream ever since.

Great fast knowledgeable staff. Got my Bmw in same day and tow us in . Found the issue to be bad battery wires. And that caused my battery and alternator to fail. They had my car done that afternoon for me to pick up . We picked it up and car runs great. My boyfriend is taking his truck to the shop on Saturday for some repairs. We had issues callig 10 other shops in the valley to be told they cant work on it for a week or a month. That does not work for us. Tims was great. Call them they are the place for all our repair needs from now on!

Spoke to the owner Tim Buhler, he is also one of the techs. He worked on my ford diesel 6.0, told me he did head gaskets but he didn’t. I took it to another shop and all that was replaced was the EGR cooler, and intake gasket.This shop ripped me off for thousands for a job that should have only cost me $2000 at the most. Also took him extra time then he said I was from out of town and I had to pay for a motel because of his delays. He gives tons of excuses, ignores calls, and lies and charges for what he doesn’t do. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.

Thank god! There are real people that are out there making a diffrence. Broke down and AAA called tims auto they said they can see me today. I got towed in and in seconds i was greated and my car was getting looked at. They found a bad alternator and i was back on the road in 45 minutes. They had a coupn for $25 off and i was served a cold bottle of water. Very respectful and professional shop! Would love to see more buisnesss opperating like tims. Ill be back for sure!

Very friendly shop. I learned a lot while here. They are hidden off the road a ways. So look back behind the fenced in cars big sign says tims auto. I didnt get to meet tim. But was very impressed with the service i was treated with respect and was informed of all my trucks issues john was great. I called around to 6 other shops that said the couldnt get to me for a long time. I called Tims auto repair they said bring it in free diagnosis right now. I thought they might be slow because of the holidays. Well i took a chance was busy when i pulled up. Took a second to find it because you have to look off the road. But there was trucks everywhere. Office was clean and nice. Receptionist greeted me asked for me to fill out an intake form. I did so and when done spoke to a diesel tech about my issue i wanted looked at. He took notes and i followed up with receptionist. By the time i was being offered some coffee or water john diesel tech came in . He had s safty inspection sheet with him he went over it qith me. I needed a set of tires . And shocks. My issue i had was a clunking coming from under the back of my truck. I was told it was a carrier bearing.? Any ways. I asked where i could get tires. He said they sell and install. . I looked at some prices. And tires. Full set of tires and shocks. Well i was down right impressed. I got cooper tires and my shocks all for $967.18. I said lets schedule it. He said we can fit you in today if you have some time. I didnt know. How long? He said an hour to a hour and half . I thought well i need them. And everyone told me they couldnt get me in. So i said lets do it. So i signed my estimate. Sit down with my coffee and start looking them up on google and Facebook. And find out the do a lot here. Build hotrods. Build diesel engines and transmissions. Just an all around shop. About a hour has passed talking to another customer here who was in here getting her van picked up from another shop and brought over here to get tims to get the transmission repaired. When in comes john and says my truck is all done. I said no way. He said with the extra jobs he inlisted two more guys to help and they got it finished fast for me. He took me out front showed me my new tires and shock . Showed me my bad bearing and shocks. Discussed with me that they do service work and if i had a warranty form my truck they are certified and authorized to service and repair my vehicles even new ones. I went in and paid my bill got my invoice. And as i was leaving i seen a few coupons for brakes and oil changes. And a sign saying. Please check us out on Facebook and Google. Took this guy to court for messing up my Mercedes and he was ordered to pay us! He then closed up shop then moved to his new location. Thankfully someone who also took him to court contacted us to notify us us of his new location. Whoever wants to join in on holding sign in front of business...feel free!

Broke down on the freeway north of grants pass. I called every shop from medford to Rosenberg . Finally call this shop tims autmotive. I got towed in and they figured out my subaru got hot and poped a hose and some other stuff, They fixed it and i was back on the road. Only down side is its an older building and not enough room with all the people in an out . Thank you to tims auto repair and crew! Good price too. I will say they are very trustworthy and good mechanics. Give them a try youll be very pleased.
