I won’t be able to remember all the ways I was helped. I received amazing help with unexpected but much needed patience since I really didn’t know what I was doing coming in. I wanted a steel panel cut and coated for my computer. I was helped to clean up my files for proper cutting. I received multiple cuts until the quality and fit was perfected. A brand new nozzle was used because I mentioned tight tolerances so he wanted to make sure the cut was as best as he could make it. I thought I’d have to do it myself but I was even offered to have my part bent into shape which came out way better than I would have managed to do. Then the powder coating itself was done faster than I even knew was possible. I’m sure he wouldn’t want me telling everyone, but he stayed WAY later than business hours to make sure I was happy. And oh boy am I happy. I can’t stop looking at this thing. It turned out amazing and color matched the rest of the PC chassis better than expected. Pricing was fair. Service was phenomenal. Quality of the part is great. I won’t go anywhere else.
