We called Campos Cesspool after having water back up from the trap into my house from what we thought was a collapsed pipe to our septic system. They were at my front door and ready to work in a matter of an hour or so. We originally wanted them to do a camera inspection to check the pipe, but they wanted to check the tank first. To our surprise, the tank that was “emptied” by another company in October was full which meant they just took the liquids and left the solids. The guys were very thorough doing the job and educated us on the system which will have to be replaced in the near future since it’s a botched homemade job from the previous owner. I couldn’t have been more happy with the service provided and would recommend Campos 1000x over.

Call them for appointment was told after 12pm, they never arrived & never called. I called them and there was no answer, so I texted him and no response. Would definitely not recommend, very unprofessional.

Today 1/6/18 was the coldest day of the year 8 degrees! And of course being a loyal student of Murphys Law! My lower level shower drain backed up with STUFF! coming up from it. :/ My wife and daughter did not want be to work on it since I had just had a stroke a few months ago. So we did something we never! do. We called someone we didnt know off the computer. My daughter called Campos Cesspool Service. She said he was quite polite, patient and informative of what the problem was from what she described happening. The owner was at our front door in a half hour. He fixed the problem in only 15 minutes from outside, hence the man knows his trade well. And his price to come out at 6-pm on a freezing night was fair. If I can give him more stars I would.

Excellent service and reasonable price. He came about 30 minutes after I called and 2 days later (at my request) serviced my cesspool.

Fast Service, great price, I dealt with the Owners son. They do the right thing by their customers. I learned a thing or two while he was doing the work as well and he cleaned up the holes nicely where he had to dig.
