Interform has the best customer service Ive ever experienced. There was a mistake in my order, the size shirt I order and the size I received were not consistent. I was trying to schedule a promotional photoshoot and needed the replacement as quickly as possible. Not only did they respond to my email immediately - but expediting the shipping was not a problem. There was no hassle, no we are unable to ... statements. Just solid, quick, friendly correspondence followed by ACTION. This is an amazing company, and Im so glad my organization uses Interform for our company store!

There is an endless amount of items to choose from and awesome employees to help along the way! The Sales Team and the Design Team are very responsive and detail-oriented. They have worked hard to make sure we are getting the exact look we want for our apparel. We often have a response to a question within a few hours of asking. The Warehouse Team also deserves a shout out - they are hard working and extremely polite and helpful.

Their print screen services are top quality. One time I chose shirts that ran smaller than expected, with one call explaining my deadlines and concerns they were quick to rush order and hand deliver bigger sizes within three days! My company uses Interform for our uniforms and besides offering great materials and reasonable prices the customer service is excellent. I ordered a new item they had just added to our approved items list and when I got it the color scheme was off. I emailed them and Karyn quickly fixed the issue and let me keep both hats with no extra charge. Thank you so much and yall should give Karyn a raise!

Nice facility, nice merchandise.

Do not work with McKay Wilkerson. It took me 4 months trying to get my custom sweatshirts made with him. It took multiple attempts of me reaching out to him (sometimes 3-4 emails in a row) before he would respond. Was not helpful or proactive in any way in keeping me updated on the status of my order that I tried to place. After the 4 months, I gave up and will be taking my business elsewhere.
