Wonderful collection of fabric, embroidery designs, sewing machines, and patterns. Very friendly staff. Great place to have your machine serviced; quick turn around and reasonable pricing.

Caters basically to quilters. I get my needles here for particular sewing and embroidery machines I own. Also my bobbins for my viking machines.

Friendly ladies running the store. Everything you would expect in a sewing store. Sewing machines, fabrics, all of the miscellaneous stuff and gift cards as well. Knew the person i was shopping for and made suggestions. Make shopping very easy. This is something my mom made from their supplies.

Great local quilting shop with very knowledgeable staff

Lovely shop. I stopped in to get some supplies & check out their fabric selection (which is great). They were out of or didn’t carry a few things I needed, but were very helpful in finding suitable alternatives & offered to order if I needed those specific things. They’re a Pfaff & Husqvarna dealer so lots of parts for those machine for sale. I have a Bernina so it didn’t help me personally, it’s great for owners of those machines to have local dealer for parts/service. While I was there, they kindly helped someone fix a minor issue on an older Husqvarna machine free of charge. That’s a good dealer! Fabric selection is great & of course I found some I couldn’t leave without! :) Will be back.

I shopped here and took a couple of sewing classes. One of the classes was Beginning Quilting. It was taught by Carol. It was amazing! She taught us the basics from beginning to finishing! She was informative and extremely nice! I highly recommend this class, and Carol for everyone from beginner to seasoned quilter! I couldnt have asked for a better inspiring experience!

I called and asked about a foot pedal for my machine. The lady said they had ordered so they would be in. I asked if she knew when, she said she had no idea. I called the following day to ask if they’d gotten them in. The lady was very vague. And it seemed as if she was irritated that I was calling to ask. Neither person had the slightest inkling of when they might possibly be in. Then rattled off my name and number taken the previous day. I’ve been shopping around for a new Pfaff. And I’m considering going with a different brand just to avoid dealing with people like them as Pfaff dealers are spread out so thin. But I can guarantee I won’t be shopping in this store. Sad really, customer service is dead.*Update* In response to your reply and your phone call: I wasn’t told that I had ordered the pedal. I was told that your store had some on order. I’m not upset about someone not getting back to me in a timely manner. I’m upset that you’re staff was bothered by my phone calls and questions. And if you ordered this part for me, I was not told that. Please cancel the order. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I understand as a manager you’re trying to fix this and while I appreciate it. It’s a little too late, at this point if I were you, I would educate my staff on how to treat people. Even if I were not that smart and it was my mistake for calling back. I should not have been talked to in this way. But I am smart, this was not my mistake that your staff did not communicate that I was specifically ordering a pedal of which they were clueless on any timeframe of when I could expect it to come in.

Nice place for quilters. They carry a large selection of Accuquilt dies and quality fabric.

They sell my favorite embroidery thread by Robison-Anton and they stock a large selection of colors. Their hours can be difficult if you work office hours but at least they are open on Saturday. This store carries a lot of fabric by most of the popular designers and high quality sewing and embroidery machines by Pfaff and Husqvarna. The staff at this store is particularly helpful and friendly.

Small cramped store. Not a lot of variety. Half the shop is machines. No one greeted me, except when i was leaving. I just moved to the area and i am an avid sewer. I will Not be coming back here.
