Wow, wow and wowwwww!!! I dont think Ive ever been so happy at a doctors office. First off, the lady at the front desk was amazing! I mean she really, really was. She was so kind, and cheerful with a wonderful personality. She is EXACTLY the kind of person you want to be greeted by, especially for a first impression. Aside from her amazing disposition, she was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Next, lets talk about the Dr. I love her💕💕 So kind, so understanding, professional, thorough and just all around fantastic! I did not feel rushed, it felt as if she was very present with me and what was going on. She explained everything and gave me my options. We moved forward with my procedure and I felt very reassured and confident..which is saying a lot because I was terrified. Things went very quickly and from the time I walked in until I walked out it was barely a half an hour later. 10/10 highly recommend!!

In a nutshell Very unprofessional, especially the two older females upfront. The doctor was in and out in 5 minutes. Which is probably why I’ve been coming here for the same thing half a dozen times with no results. Each doctor I’ve seen literally contradicts the other. It’s definitely been a waste of timeI came in for an appointment, I was running late due to traffic. I called they said I was fine. Anyways I get there and they inform me I had a Bill I said oh I didn’t know and left to get my wallet. When I came back I could hear the two upfront discussing that I hadn’t paid and the nature of my visit. I didn’t even make the appointment! They called me!! If I had an outstanding balance it should’ve been addressed 🙃

I was seen by Dr. April Getchell and I must say she was excellent. She is very thorough when she examines you. Explains everything that is going on with you and what she is doing and why she is doing it. The staff there is all excellent as well. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

When I arrived, I was a little lost but found Adv. Dermatology luckily. A bit more signage would be a good idea for others and newcomers trying to locate the correct office window/designated waiting area. Check-in was exceptional and done in a timely manner. My experience with Dr. Jason was top notch and will definitely recommend him to my colleagues! He was very funny, friendly and made the environment calm!

The staff was friendly from start to finish. Doctor and assistant were very knowledgeable, friendly, speaking to me in terms that I could understand and relate too.

They were in a big hurry and didnt take to to exam some of my other issues. Also was suppose to call in a prescription to my Walgreens in Eaton but called it in to a Walmart SOMEWHERE???? Then when I called their attention to the mistake they called me and said it had been sent to Walgreen SOMEWHERE???? I live in Eaton and why would I drive to Dayton to pick up a prescription?? Very poor medical manners as well as following medical Procedures

My husband had his first consultation there recently. He saw Jayson Keeyner. He provided excellent education and care. He took his time to answer all of our questions. We felt so much better about my husbands prognosis after the appointment. We absolutely recommend this office.

I was suffering from a very serious nail and finger infection. Not only did they get me in the day I called (it was my first time there and I am a new patient) but they were super helpful when I called. I only waited for about 5 minutes before getting called back and once in the room a nurse came right in and was extremely kind, friendly and caring. Only another 5 minutes and the doctor came in. They were caring and gentle. They got my prescriptions called in and were ready to pick up after. Only been a few days and the infection is healing so good and the meds are working wonders. They are the best and I will be taking myself there again and children

Office staff , NP & MA are always awesome. Just a bit disappointed in physician lack of concern for my care. Maybe too many patients to remember me specifically & my plan of care ??? That’s possible .... but still like a personal touch.

Everyone was professional but aware of my needs. They were helpful and kind. They have a knack for making the patient feel calm and comfortable. I would recommend Advanced Dermatology to anyone needing to see a dermatologist.

Excellent Care and Efficient. Very Friendly Staff. I have been to this office 2 times in the last month. Each time the service was exactly the same. They make every effort to stay on schedule. This is by far the most efficient health care office I have ever experienced. Keep up the good work.

I went to this practice for the first time and instantly felt welcomed. From the very first phone call to leaving the reception desk after make a follow-up appointment. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The doctor I saw (her first name is Jen) is amazing! Very attentive and super sweet!

They are always very thorough with the exams and make you feel comfortable asking questions.

Quickest appointment ever. The dr came in froze the wart and was out in 5 minutes. We felt like she was so busy that she could only spend 5 minutes in our room.

The staff and Dr Keenor were wonderful, professional and caring from the time of registration to the end of my visit. Also, there was no long wait time in getting back to see the doctor once registered. Dr Keenor had already researched my case and was so attentive to listening to my concerns. He had information ready for me and even willing to pray for me by time my visit was over. The office was clean and was very warm and welcoming. I would recommend Advanced Dermatology to my family and friends if ever needed.

Staff at my appoint were efficient and courteous. Followup phone calls for additional assistance were not returned. I found this discourteous and unprofessional.

I absolutely loved how thorough the dr was. She listened to all of my symptoms and she came up with a plan to treat me. All of the staff was awesome. I have implemented the plan and I am seeing tremendous results. I wish I had went there years before.

Had a full body scan and follow-up after having a Mohs procedure several months earlier. All the staff are very professional and very detailed in the explanation as the procedure occurs, step by step. I have been going here for many years and appreciate their attitude on patient care.Recent update: Also just had a follow-up visit with Dr Conte, very knowledgeable and informative.

I was very nervous to go but was instantly put at ease.

Great staff and was very happy with the provider my daughter seen. She made her comfortable and was sensitive to my daughters acne embarrassment. We have only been doing treatments for a week and the visual difference is truly impressive! My husband sees another provider there as well and has exceptional care and treatment. Our family is very pleased with this office and are happy to continue their service.On a side note: I had seen Dr Conte as a teenager myself, many years ago. He treated some very stubborn warts on my hand, that never came back after others physicians had failed.Thank you Advance Dermatology for being so wonderful!

Jayson Keener, PA⁠-⁠C was very nice and I felt like he answered all my questions.

During the visit, I saw Dr. Hahn as Dr. Conte was out for an extended period of time. During the visit, Dr. Hahn asked me what I thought medically needs to happen (Im not a doctor). She supposedly froze several pre-cancer nodules but seems to have missed them all as none of them were fixed (I do not believe her eyes allowed her to see what she was doing). She prescribed a medication that I had before but needs some sort of authorization by the Doctor (according to Blue Cross/Blue Shield). The office was unable to help after 7 calls by the pharmacy and myself collectively( I still do not have an authorization). Finally, they wanted full payment at time of service (saying they knew what the medical insurance would pay) and overcharged me. This fact was admitted to me by billing when I called after my insurance claim came into my possession. I was told I would receive a refund as soon as the claim went to corporate but Im still waiting; now months after this call. Bottom line, I overpaid for absolutely no treatment by Dr. Hahn who wanted my medical advice on what to do and prescribed a medicine I cannot receive and to date, have not been forwarded my refund. This is the culmination of Dr. Hahn getting 1 star (given 0 stars is not available). My advice to those and lesson Ive learned is to wait to see Dr. Conte who is a continual 5 star doctor and office operations.

Always seem to be on schedule. They get me in and out in a timely manner. All of their personnel are nice, polite, and willing to help answer questions. The Docs are great! Got me squared away out the gates and able to trouble shoot and resolve some side effect issues I had experienced. They will continue to be my go-to for any dermatologist needs in the foreseeable future.

The web site advertised laser procedures. I was wanting to have some dark spots removed from my face. This is not offered. They said they would look into getting that changed on the web site but I still had to pay for the visit.

Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in Centerville is a nice facility with a very large waiting area that makes social distancing easy. More importantly, the care I received was phenomenal - everything was carefully explained to me, I was very satisfied and will return for any and all future dermatology needs.

Super office staff. Great follow up. Reasonable price with my insurance. Feel like Dr spends time focused on you and is not in a rush. Tends to run appointments on time.

My first dermatologist experience and Im not sure if I was just expecting something different or what... the staff was friendly, which was appreciated. That being said, the actual doctor looked at my skin for less than a minute and then prescribed me two creams that destroyed my face. I used them just as instructed with expectations that my skin would get worse before it got better, but six weeks later my skin was red, cracking, itchy, etc. I stopped the treatment and went back to my usual routine and my skin is much better. I cancelled my follow up and decided this dermatologist office wasnt for me.

Staff and services are excellent, but the phone system is extremely impersonal and aggravating to plow thru. So frustrating to try to connect to a person!

The same excellent services as I have received for many years by caring staff that gives you undivided attention.

Cleanliness is a big factor I was absolutely disgusted I didnt see anyone I looked at place and bathrooms and I walked out of the pen station across street has better bathrooms and cleaner that says a big something for dr office that is disgusting covid concerns and the fact it was so nasty no one with a brain for here unless your nasty too being south of town I figured Hy they may be better nope I had better cleaner places in west Dayton or slim central if your worse than that your not going to be. Good place for me to be able to go to I am not afraid to say it online in face to face I am calling health department on the place sad get it cleaned that don’t take any time to do

I felt very comfortable here. The doctor seemed concerned with my issue even though she probably sees hundreds of patients a week.

They got me in quickly for an appointment and didn’t wait long once I was there. Staff was courteous and caring. Would definitely recommend.

Took my son to get treated for rash on his legs. You can get the doctor to look at your child. Instead one on the nurse (Jason) prescribed antibiotics that resulted in widespread rash all over his body. Took him second time and Jason still insisted on continuing with antibiotics course that led further spread of rash on his face! Took him to another dermatologist to get 2nd opinion and found antibiotics is causing reaction on his whole body. The dermatologist recommended stopping antibiotics and prescribed steroids and stopped the rash in its track and now recovering fast!! I wouldn’t recommend this place for any skin related treatment!! The standards have surely gone downhill!!

First time going to this place. Didnt have to wait. Was able to be seen, asked questions and all were answered. Great staff.

Quick and to the point. I had been going somewhere else for years and all they ever did was a full body check and never any removals. This doctor found something she didnt like and promptly removed it for testing. No second appointment to remove. Fantastic!

I made an appointment for my 90 year old mother during the Covid 19 pandemic, only because she has an area on her head that we are afraid may be cancer. Scheduling checked her insurance and said it was good. When we got there (an hour drive) they said they didnt accept her insurance. We only took the risk to take my elderly mother out during the pandemic because of the serious issue. They were rude and unapologetic about the risk and inconvenience to my mother. Very careless and I would not recommend Advanced Dermatology to anyone.

Dr Bryant is very caring and thorough...answers your questions and takes her time with you....my experience with her was GREAT.

I was going to switch to a different Dermatologist, its a bit further than Id like, but the last time I went changed my mind. My doctor really seems to care, and wants to help me. Its a nice place and I think Ill continue to drive a little further to keep a doctor that cares.

A yearly full body scan is as important as a yearly health check up with your family doctor as you get older. At this check up I find out what needs to be treated and watched in the future. The doctors have always given me easy to understand information on what is happening with my skin and how to treat it and what to look for going forward. I live in Florida most of the year so understanding sun damage very important.

My practitioner Jennifer Bryant is kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. I have found my last dermatology specialist!

Professional setting and staff but too quick to prescribe medication. My skin was not examined thoroughly or even looked at twice. I was immediately prescribed multiple prescriptions that would dictate my ability to conceive children. My acne is definitely not bad enough to commit to life determining medication.I was expecting to receive knowledge about my skin type and be recommended life-style changes or measures that I could take to better care for my skin. I would have received paying the extra money for short-term treatments such as facials or peels as being acceptable recommendations until I could get my skin under control myself but this is not all what I got.Also the prescription was never called in by the office which gave me even more reason to not follow through with it.And after all of that, I was able to clear my skin using a face wash that my friend recommended, Acnefree. This is a much better option than a 2x per day oral drug that will manipulate my hormones.

Both dentists and all staff are so awesome! Plus the chairs have heat and massage so I feel like Im at a spa, almost! ;)

This is the best place for skin needs and diagnosis. The office personnel all spend quality time listening, evaluating, and educating you on your concerns, needs, and recovery of any procedures. Dr. Conte is top rate and a fun man to be around. He values his staff and his patients! He is the best of the best!!!

I went to the Dermatologist a little over a week ago for what I thought was a skin tag on my neck as well as a wart on my finger. Turns out the skin tag was a wart also. It was cosmetically more uncomfortable than pain or irritation wise & it was the type that actually extended from the neck. Met with the team there didn’t have to wait long for initial appointment as a new patient they got me in next day. I wasn’t even finished filling out my new patient paperwork prior to being called back! I’m happy to report that after just one treatment the wart on my neck is gone & the one on my finger is almost there as well. The doctor gave me great at home options to continue if the one on my finger should re occur as those are the most difficult to get rid of. Very pleased & I will go back in the future for any additional needs.

Wonderful visit

Scheduled an appointment for my daughter. Took her out of school, only to get back into a room to be told they didn’t have a doctor, nor the machine at that location to perform the procedure we needed. Was blamed on central scheduling, which is understandable but still could have been avoided so I wouldn’t have wasted most of my day and my daughter missing school. Also would like to add, the other location did not take ANY type of insurance for that procedure.

I had a very good visit. Everyone was nice.

Got a full body check. The doctor was very thorough. Afterward I felt confident that I was in good hands.

Great staff and friendly atmosphere

Services were adequate. However, they overcharged me for services once my insurance covered their portion. I have been trying to get the difference refunded to me for several months. Was told about 2 months ago that the amount would be credited to my credit card but that has not happened. Now they are not returning my phone messages.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful! They all do a great job and my teens skin is 100% better. Thank you!

If I couldve given no stars I wouldve because of the unprofessionalism that I received at my appointment. Not only was I given false information, I stood at the window for 2 minutes before the Medical assistant even acknowledged me.

This was my first visit here with Sarah Sivinski. She was great she was very detailed in explaining everything she took the time in answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend Advanced Dermatology.

I was a new patient and was scheduled quickly. Not a long wait to go back or to see the Doctor. Staff was really polite. Dr Bahl was very nice and really detail on what you needed. Provided a place to send prescriptions to that give you a discounted rate. It was not what I expected. For two prescriptions that were $800, only cost me $30. I highly recommend Dr. Bahl
