This company does a great job on my home! They have been cleaning my home for almost 3 years. I appreciate their flexibility in terms of frequency and in terms of which areas in our home to clean or skip. We have adult children moving in and out for college, etc. these days, and I appreciate their willingness to adjust as needed. My house smells amazing when they leave. And I know they are trained to clean according to the owners particular ways of cleaning. Its not an easy job, and the girls clean and smile at the same time. I definitely would and have recommended them to others!

Emerald Cleaning has always provided good communication, is a trustworthy company and they really listen to the needs we have for our cleaning experience. I can trust that their high standards of business are reflected in my home.

Never used the business but just watched two of their workers be unbelievably cruel and unnecessarily rude to a Taco Bell drive through employee. Hate to see how they treat customers after seeing this interaction

She came to my house to do an estimate. Told me she’d contact later that evening and never did. I followed up with her with an email and she never responded. Unprofessional at best.

I write this with great regret as I was really wanting to find a small family-owned business to provide quality service for my home. Unfortunately, after giving a second and third chance it was just too much to ask for. There is no quality in the service provided. The cleaning teams are all about speed which allows them to greatly fail in providing a service that a consumer is paying for. I expressed my feelings as to why Niamh would expect me to pay for a service I never received and there was no conversation to be had. Very unprofessional. It only assured me that Emerald Cleaning is only about the money and not professional quality service. Very disappointed. Only wish this review section would allow me to post pictures of the results of Emerald House Cleanings finished product.I would highly encourage all consumers to seek another company for their homes cleaning needs.This was the results I found 10 minutes after the cleaning crew left. I only have 2 bathrooms in my home. Lack of quality, no personal pride. And yet Emerald House Cleaning feels they deserved payment because they showed up. Their Satisfaction Guarantee is an absolute joke.

After the cleaning team left I did a casual look around and found a few things that were missed. I sent an email to the owner and was told:If you look hard enough to find flaws in anything in life you definitely will. I feel like no matter how hard we try there will always be something that is not right.Emerald House Cleaning is no longer interested in working with you.I do not recommend Emerald House Cleaning, as they do not seem interested in constructive criticism and pleasing customers, rather just a pat on the back for a mediocre job.
