Thankfully I hear sooo much better now and honestly wish I would’ve gotten hearing aids sooner. Audiologists and staff have always been friendly and helpful with any of the requests Ive made. During Hearing Lifes shutdown for Covid19, an audiologist managed to have a replacement part sent to me and explained how to do the switch out.

Bad service. They dont answer the phone. They dont honor appointments. They dont cancel appointments. They dont answer the phone. Their mailbox is always full. Kind of like calling my congressman. They suck
