Absolutely wonderful staff and location. After a few years of trying chiropractors, massage therapy and various other methods to increase flexibility and ease pain, this is hands down the most essential.For sports performance this is a definite must-have for recovery.They do a really great job at making you feel comfortable and working you through your stretch, which you absolutely wouldnt be able to complete on your own.If you have a job with any repetitive stress, like sitting or reaching overhead, this is highly recommended to keep your movement patterns healthy and functional. Honestly, if I could work out a plan to come in every day I probably would.
I have been going to stretch lab for seven weeks to help with my stiff back. I give Nick my stretch guru all the credit for helping lower my golf handicap by three strokes. Also my pain has decreased dramatically, stretch lab has also helped lower my stress level. I highly recommend stretch lab

I have been going to StretchLab in Centerville for a while now and I am absolutely pleased with the quality care I receive. The staff are friendly and welcoming and overall very helpful. Tarra my flexologist is very knowledgeable, caring and good at what she does. I Had some shoulder, and lower back issues when I first went there and dint realize how the tight muscles in my legs were affecting my lower back, or how by rolling my shoulders towards the front I was causing the back of my shoulders and my neck to be stiff. She has worked to loosen the tightness in some of my muscle and given me exercises that I can do when I am at home to feel better. I highly recommend them to anybody that has lower back, shoulder or any skeletal pain, they are awesome.
