So this review is very late, but Im still very happy with the service that was provided. First of all, I was quoted by 3 different companies and this quote was the most affordable and quite frankly had the most friendly, personable employees. Johnny and his team did my basement floor in March of 2020. They arrived on time, laid down protection for my tile floors, left everything very clean, and actually finished the job way sooner than expected. The floor looks great. I would definitely use them again.

Estimate received timely and was accurate. Work was scheduled within a few weeks of signing contract. Workmen were professional and efficient. It was just what we wanted. It is not slippy yet not too rough for bare feet. It will serve us well.

Garage Force was highly recommended by a friend a couple of years ago. This year my wife and I built a new home and I decided that I wanted a good looking garage floor (my wife was like whatever; this is important later) so I decided to give Garage Force a call. My first call set the tone for the entire transaction. I had just found that our builder was way ahead of schedule and knew I had to get Garage Force on schedule; it was around 8:30 pm when I called expecting an answering machine; the owner answered. I explained my problem with schedule and he explained his timing and when to call him to schedule. When the time arrived, I called as he requested and he immediately set an appointment to come provide an estimate. He walked me through everything and we talked all the options. He looked at my new house and went through his samples and recommended a color and I accepted it, the chip colors looked like they were custom made for my house. He provided an estimate that was in line with my expectations. We texted a couple of times between estimate and install. On the date of install, he and his team arrived a few minutes earlier than our appointed time, and they were ready to work. They did an absolutely amazing job; they were professional and detail oriented. At one point a member of the team brought a handful of the chips they were using over to my wife and I to examine and explained a little bit of the process. The finished within 15 minutes of the time they told me and clean-up was amazing (to be clear there are about 10 billion little tiny chips that they kept corralled and off my yard.) My floor looks amazing, much better than I hoped. Two points to make:1. My builder saw Garage Forces work and asked them to provide estimates for another house in my neighborhood.2. My wife said I would be the envy of every guy in the neighborhood; and tonight as we were preparing to move in, she asked me to NOT PARK ON IT because it looks too good to drive on.I highly recommend Garage Force and would gladly answer any questions.And yeah I am really proud of my garage floor!

These guys are fantastic! Johnny and his crew truly went above and beyond to install our garage floor. They had to contend with really cold temperatures and a wet floor, but they did what was needed for a good installation. He said I wont install the coating if the floor isnt ready. Garage Force has changed an old, ugly, concrete patio into a beautifully resurfaced, welcoming, living space! The surface was painstakingly evened out and prepped prior to applying the new coating, and Johnny Brady added some extra grit to the surface material due to our older ages so that we would feel secure when things got wet. ( actually, this was not really necessary since the coating is non-slip, but, respecting our need to feel comfortable on the new surface, he made this adjustment.). He and his crew were prompt, respectful and kind, completing the work quickly and neatly. As a result, we decided to have him put a durable coat on the floor in our basement too. We would recommend Garage Force unconditionally and enthusiastically!

However trying to get through to the Garage Force mothership in La Crosse, WI was a big disappointment; I had a simple inquiry about online warranty registration (it was advertised, but non-existent), and they would not return my calls. Id recommend they seriously buck up their customer responsiveness.

Garage Force removed the existing epoxy chip floor coating completed about 10 years ago by a local professional by using concrete floor grinders . Next step was to apply the base/primer coat and chips to the concrete floor. Garage Force came back the next morning and applied the high gloss clear coat to complete the floor.I would highly recommend Garage Force as the details made the difference. Details such as they kept areas clean and without making a mess both during and upon job completion. Total time was a day and a half as promised. Garage Force’s Polyurea system had very little VOC and would compare to painting inside a home with today’s modern interior paint.Garage Force exceeded my expectations! Job well done!
