I had an extremely unprofessional interaction with the president and owner of this company, Michael Daley. He escalated a simple complaint to incredibly insulting personal attacks. He was very disrespectful and used condescending and derogatory language that I cannot retype here. If you value professional respect, decency, and good judgement I would highly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

For many years I had VIOP serviced through another company. Recently this company experienced major routing issues costing us at thousands of dollars in profit just over a few months.As a result, we switched to Spectrum in hope of resolving the issue. Unfortunately this did not correct the issue and Spectrum was also unable - unwilling to fix our routing issues.We were introduced to Tech2Bit and once the numbers were ported the issues were immediately resolved.
