Very nice guy, but never delivers on time and is always running behind. He quote you one price, and when you come to pick up your clothing each item is 2 to 3 dollars more than what he quoted you. The work is average, but there’s not very many seamstress or alteration places anymore so you’re forced to use them.

We needed a wedding a dress cleaned on short notice after it had gotten dirt on the bottom of the train. The dress was gray and dingy when we brought it here but came back clean and white! The owner is very committed to customer service and really cares about his work.

Avoid this store like the plague. I worked for Tim 10-11 years ago and I have firsthand experience of how terrible & unprofessional this business is. Tim has bounced around different locations in Centerville, yet after reading recent reviews NOTHING has changed since I was there. Lost orders, customers being lied to, unprofessional, etc. Being on the side of an employee, Tim bounced every single one of my paychecks and never reimbursed me. His employees are overworked, yet not paid. Tim has quite the reputation of not paying his bills. Tim has ruined & lost countless customer items, and even ruined weddings with false promises & bad work. Several of the good reviews on here are from his family. Just sayin. Save your time & money and do not go near this store. You will regret it if you do.

We have always had a good experience! We recently purchased suits and slacks for an upcoming wedding. Tim bent over backwards to meet our needs! With changes and reorders... Tim came through for us!

This place was so great! Tim was very nice and professional. My dress was done in plenty of time for my wedding. He even helped me decide what would be best for my budget. Only place I will ever go. It was my first time going to a cleaners but I will never go any place.

I took a suit and a few other articles of clothing to get dry cleaned. I received a discount because it was my first time, the equivalent of a free shirt cleaning. So far, so good.Then I went back a few days later to pick up my clothes. The store owner was not there, and the young lady who was there said she did not know how to use the computer system and said I would need to wait or come back later. The owner eventually returned and rang me up, but he didnt say a word about making me wait. Even with the discount, the price seemed a bit steep. My suit turned out fantastic. However, I think Ill try another dry cleaner in the area next time.

Tim has been super reliable, honest, and does a great job with the cleaning! I use the home pick up service and they do a phenomenal job! Highly recommend.

We recently got two pairs of pants altered here, just seemed at the bottom, really. It took much longer than expected (about two weeks). When completed, the threads didnt match and on the jeans, it looked like a child could do it.To be fair, their dry cleaning isnt bad at all, but I would stay away from alterations.

Nice guy. He likes to talk. Ok prices for dry cleaning. I had three suits dry cleaned and requested a couple holes be sewn/patched. He said they were easy and hed have them done no charge. Got my suits back and headed out of town for a wedding with one. I should have checked the holes first because they hadnt been fixed. Im sure he would have them fixed if I brought them back but it would take another 30 minutes out of my day to drive there, drop them off, and pick them up later. The dry cleaning was good but it isnt very professional to agree to have clothes mended and then forget to do so.

I recommend going anywhere else. Gave them my new suit to be tailored, being told it would be done on Friday. I returned that Friday but only the pants were done. The employee said the jacket was not done yet because he didnt take it to the tailor. I was told that they could have my jacket done the next week. Obviously I declined. Definitely wont be going back.

This is by far the best dry cleaners Ive been too. I took two of my suits there and they came back looking brand new. They do an amazing job. When I returned for a second visit the owner remembered my name! I was just really impressed with the level of customer service I received and the overall quality of the cleaning.

Easy drop off, and completed on time. Very caring attitude. Never had a problem after 20+ shirts and 4 pant alterations. Im sure if I ever do have an issue, theyll figure out a way to make it right.

Best dry cleaners in town! My clothes alway look great. They take the time to get stains out. Friendly staff and prompt service, they have actually even dropped off my clothes at my house. I thank God I have finally found a good place to take my clothes to get cleaned.

I had my daughters wedding dress cleaned at A Cleaner Image. They did a great job cleaning the dress and putting it in a special box so that it could be safely stored. I was very pleased with the service!

2/26 I spent $30 to hem two pairs of pants. They were supposed to be ready by the 7th. I went in, and they hadnt even been sent to the alterations guy. He said to check on Monday. Went in Monday, they still werent done. March 13th, I send my husband to go pick them up and I received this mess. Dress pants first- nothing was lined up straight, the sewing wasnt straight and you can see the LIGHT GRAY/WHITE thread on dark gray fabric. The jeans- which have zero yellow stitching on them, now have golden yellow thread. The sewing is far from straight, it looks like a junior high kid sewing for the first time. I went in and got a refund, and the owner didnt even seem to care about the poor quality that he was giving his customers. Yeah, clothes come back clean, but I would never use this place for alterations, and the owner no longer cares about running a business.

Took in my wifes wedding dress to get boxed, was told a week, got it back a month later. The owner also forgot to put in the shoes and nearly kept them if I hadnt remembered. Im sure the store is fine for dry cleaning but I wont be coming back.

I have to say that I have been so please with the service and the real sincere way thatTim has taken care of me. My shirts are pressed just the way I like them and he bendsover backwards to fit my hectic schedule. I took a dress in to be altered. It was ready before I needed it, looked great, and was very affordable. I would definitely trust them with alterations again!

Awesome service and most importantly the quality of the cleaning. I dont ever have an issue with broken buttons like the other local cleaners. Tim offers curb side service when dropping off cleaning, and is always fair and friendly. I go out of my way to recommend friends and family to take their laundry in there. Do it!!

I had a very bad experience. Tim personally scared me with the insane amount of questions about my life eventually asking me things like do you have a boyfriend? and have you smoked weed. I was very uncomfortable with the whole situation.I shouldnt have dropped off my clothes there. I shouldve left when I saw this massive red flag. They kept promising me my alterations would be done but every time I came to pick them up they werent done. I wasted a lot of my time coming in when I was promised my clothes would be done to find they arent done.They never did my alterations after 2 weeks. I feel taken advantage of, Ive warned my friends/family not to go here, and I will never return. Bad customer service, false promises, creepy employees, and all together a massive fail.

I had a unique experience with A Cleaner Image. I dont get much dry cleaning done and I thought using the Dryel dry cleaning system was a good way to get my dry cleaning done. Until it proved to be a problem and not a solution. Tim educated me as to why the in-dryer option is a terrible way to go (if I care about my clothes). I was very impressed with his knowledge and service. Thank you for your help.

I went to the cleaner image to rent a tux for my high schools prom. Tim was very helpful and had be try on many differnt styles until we found one that looked good, and worked with my teenage body type. I got the tux the following week, and it fit great! And better yet I felt and looked great at prom! The tux was made of very high quality material and Tim told me that all of this tuxedos that he rents out are brand new, or close to new. I couldnt believe that for the price! I would diffinatly recomend this place to someone, and will for sure go back here again to get my tux for next years prom!
