I had my grandsons new Camaro SS windows tinted, a clear front end protector installed and Diamond gloss done to his car last summer. The passenger door window had a bubble in the tint. The bubbles are common when the tint is first applied and disappear in a few days. This one didnt! Upon taking the car back, Brian said it was a piece of dirt under the tint and they couldnt be responsible because its hard to get all the dirt off the glass before the tint is installed. So who would be responsible? Also part of the clear front end protector was coming loose already. They did fix that! Then when the car went back recently for the Diamond Gloss renewal, the key to.the car was lost for 4 days. LOST?? It only has to be taken from the parking lot to the front desk! Difficult task I guess. Ill never return to this place! A bunch of irresponsible, uncaring folks there. Now they can respond about how sorry they are I feel this way! Right!

Absolutely flawless work!! My 2014 black Sentra with rough paint came out looking new. The staff tells you what needs done with no B.S. I don’t understand how these guys have bad reviews?! I went in just wanting a car detailing and it came out looking better than when I bought it, inside and out. I will be taking all my future cars to this store!!

Manager named Brian is a trip. I got the bed of my truck sprayed and they guarantee that if something happens to it they would fix it. The sales associate said they would put it in writing. When I came to pick up the vehicle Brian said they would not put it in writing and lied about the entire situation. When I questioned it Brian threatened to call the cops for no reason. He is young, immature and very unprofessional. Look for business elsewhere. The guy has multiple bad reviews.

Estimated price was $299.00 and cost was $581.00 and manager argued that was original estimate. No apologies, no professionalism whatsoever. Have been going there six years with two vehicles. Will not return. Will do our best to make sure no one we know returns to this business.

They did a great job on my tacoma mud flaps and rain guards. And they did a good job detailing the inside of my wifes Altima even though they Didnt vacc the trunk. When I called they said we told you that. We found scuff marks on the outside from something being dragged across the body. When I called they said oh we wouldnt do that but you can bring it in.... It was difficult to get the car in yo begin with because my wife works 8-5 and guess what their hours are.......

I have two car. One is 2008 Nisan Altima and the other one is 2021 Lexus RX350. Both car had been completed with diamond gloss, window tinting, rust protection, aquapel, and clear protection film on fender, hood, and headlight. I go to this location annually for the renewal service so Altima still looks good and the clear protection film is still holding up well. It is a 13-year-old car!! However, the clear protection film on the RX350 already start to peal off!! It has only been 4 months!! IS YOURS SERVICE DEGRADED?? WHAT ABOUT OTHER SERVICES?

Totally got SCAMMED. Ceramic coat is listed with a 7 year warranty. I went in after a week to show Brian the manager all the issues with the service and he was not willing to honor the warranty. Dont be fooled by big box retailer. Support a local business that appreciates your business.

Four month old liner falling apart done in August 2019 on 2019 F150 at Ziebarts. I can peel it with my fingers. Liner is paper thin and seem the prep was not completed otherwise why can I peel it by hand. Buyer Beware.

I had a horrible experience at this location and then I explained in much detail to ziebarts customer service how upset I was and why they then took a very long to reply and finally once they did they just said oh we are sorry you had a bad experience let us know if there is anything else we can do and I replied and said yes there is I want a refund the reason why explained at great length in the previous email. They have still not even responded to that message. Turning my horrible experience into an even more horrible experience.

Honestly, this place is not worth the money period. my salesperson was absolutely fantastic. the job that was done on the inside of my car was not worth near to $300. I will not be coming back here.I have a lot of residue from soap left all over my seats and my floorboards and I also have streaky windows.

They work around your schedule and accommodate you very well. I had an annual service that I scheduled fairly last minute and they worked me in when I wants the service done. However, their services are overpriced for what you receive. I overpaid for a comparable detailing service and they honestly did a pretty shotty job. They missed large portions, like the whole rear floor, didn’t get underneath the rubber floor mats, and left a pretty large amount of dust and dirt in cracks and crevices that I blew out easily when I cleaned me car after they were done with it. I don’t feel like I shouldn’t have to clean my car myself to “fix” the job that they did after paying $250. Some of their new car services are very nice, but I won’t be purchasing anything other than their one-time services in the future (rust proofing, window tint, etc.).

Got Diamond gloss done last week then two days after service I noticed bubbles in my paint. Took it back to the shop and was told it wasn’t there fault my 3 year old vehicle is rusted. This isn’t my first gloss coating and I’ve washed this car millions of times and NEVER noticed rust but after I get your service done things magically pop up. Then was told nothing can be done until the car becomes a rust bucket. GREAT SERVICE!

I went in to have a remote starter installed. The staff was friendly and it was done much faster than I thought but the range absolutely sucks. They said it had a range of 3000 feet. Even though I park 5 feet from my house it does not work from upstairs even though Ill stand at the window looking at my car. It works just fine from downstairs. Trying to start it at work from the lobby is a lost cause even though only a window is in the way and its about 500 feet away.

Just got the windows on my car tinted yesterday. Found the front office sales staff nice to work with. Helpful and pretty patient in helping me pick the right tint. The tint itself looks good as far as I can tell. Still a little early to know exactly how good itll look once its totally dried. I will I say I was pretty disappointed with the exterior of my car. The outside of the windows and window trim pieces went into their shop totally clean and came out totally filthy. For a place that does detail work they didnt pay much attention to details. Seemed very odd to hand my car back to me looking like crap when it wouldve taken someone ten minutes to clean it back up. They need to step up their QC when the tech says hes done. Spent time cleaning the car as soon as I got home which was annoying. Ill update later if there are problems with the tint itself. Right now it looks good.

I had the tint done on my car a couple weeks ago. The staff was friendly and the work was done fast and looks great. Only drawback was price. Called for a quote and was quoted 220+ tax. I informed the man I was speaking to about a discount program they offer through my work and he then quoted me $205 plus taxes. After I drop off my car and return to pick it up the salesman tells me my total is $242 BEFORE tax. The gentleman would not honor my discount telling me it must be a corporate store that set up the discount (regardless of the fact this location and this number phone are listed for the discount at my work and it is less than 3 miles away.) The salesman then tells me that hell give me a special discount this one time which then brings it to $220 plus tax for a total of over $240 with shop fees. Good work but very frustrating dealing with the miscommunication. Had I known the discount would not have been applied (regardless of the fact I called to verify before hand and was told it would) I would have gone elsewhere.

I had an appointment to get my windows tinted. The short older guy with the grey hair and black and grey beard was showing me the tinting options and Im pretty sure he thought he had me talked into the ceramic tinting all around and I told him I just wanted that for the front. This seemed to irritate him so we walk out to look at the car and as we are walking he starts to try to sell me everything for my car. I told him I had a buddy who does those things and he got irritated further. Then he hands me the papers to sign and I ask for the military discount which all of ziebart do and he got an attitude and told me no discounts and all of this and you could tell he was irritated. H walled away mad and then yelled at me not to come back. Wouldnt even give me corporates number. This guy clearly is having a bad Monday and they dont like military veterans. STAY AWAY!

This was a test service for me in that I wanted to see how they handled a simple interior detailing before I purchased a remote start and exteriror detailing from them.When I dropped off the car for an interior detailing and picked it up, the sales people were great. The car looked great - at first. When I noticed that they didnt clean the sunvisors or the upper part of the car, the sales person (Brad) was not so friendly when I called to ask why. He seemed testy and argued that they tell all of their customers the same thing about what they will do.I find it a little bit deceiving because they rattle off an entire list of what they will clean (which sounds like everything). However, they need to explicitly state that they do not clean the visors or anything above the dash. I didnt bother me that they dont do this (which, ok, Ill accept this). It was the guys attitude when I called back. He really didnt seem to care.

The dealership hired Ziebart to tint my front windows. My vehicle has been to this location 4 times and the front window tint has been done/redone 3 times. After the 4th trip, my windows still have visible/obvious dirt specks under the tint film (in middle of window, not along edge). Also, on the last visit I received a nice flyer that said their work is never flawless. I interpret this as a do not come back message. This is unsettling.

2017 Ford F-150. I purchased window tint for the front two side windows and the front windshield. The two side windows were installed fine. The front windshield was installed and looked oaky at first. After one week I noticed on the passenger side near the dash that the film was wrinkled and distorted the view out the windshield. I then took my vehicle back to Ziebart and was told by the store manager there that the tint looked fine to him that you have to accept a little Imperfection when working with tint. I was then given two sad Excuses as to if they removed the tint that they wouldn’t be able to Guarantee that the next tint application would look as good as the first other than the area that I pointed and that lint and dust might end up between the film and the window. Then I was told that the front windshield was the toughest window to tint. So basically I felt that I was told that since a job was hard or difficult that it’s okay to have a Unsatisfactory results. As a business owner myself I couldn’t imagine sending a customer out the door with out making it right and I would never tell them that I can redo it but it might not work out.

I took my car in to get the annual maintenance done on it, while it was in the shop I thought Id have them look into tinting the windows and cleaning the interior for me. After a previous visit the year before, I was also informed they would take care of using my touch up paint on any nicks in the paint. Sounded like a pretty nice deal.When I picked up the car, the touch ups werent done, there were still stains in the front passenger side seat, they didnt clean the steering wheel, and informed me at checkout that the tints took me over the legal limit. When the tints were sold to me that morning I wasnt informed of anything regarding this beyond the 35% tint being the most popular.I called them the next day to inform them of my complaints and they asked that I drop it off again for them to redo the work. They also agreed to redo the tints on the front windows so it was down to the legal limit. I dropped the car off for them to redo the work early in the morning that day.When I picked up the car, they had still missed the stains and not cleaned the wheel, there was also some kind of goop left behind that had dribbled between the door and the frame that is normally sprayed inside the door for rust protection. They only cleaned these things up after I had pointed out each problem a second time in person.They did use the touch up paint, albeit a bit excessively on some of the nicks. I know they arent a paint shop but I was kind of surprised that they would claim to take care of this kind of stuff and then do such a poor job at it. I could have done better myself with some model paint brushes. Had I known before hand that they dont do touch up paint very well I would have done it myself. Now I have a nickel - quarter sized square painted on the front of my car where I probably could have just touched up a few nicks.They tell you to not roll your windows down for at least three days from window tinting. I followed these instructions and on the fourth day rolled my rear windows down. I noticed a small bubble in the window where the tint film had pulled free, this is covered under their warranty so I took it back in again to have them clear this up. They took care of it no questions asked. Although they did run into additional problems getting the window tint to sit on that window and it took them longer than quoted, they did get the job done. It would have been nice if they could have cleaned up the wet soap from the inside and wiped off the residue left behind on the outside.After this Im probably never going to a Ziebart again, for a bunch of guys that do detailing and cleaning youd think they would notice these things a bit more. If you do decide to get work done by them, check every single thing before leaving the lot because it might save you a trip, or three in my case.

Weve taken our 2013 Honda Accord to this Ziebart every year for a Diamond Gloss application since buying it new. Their staff has always been friendly and professional. In the early years, after an application, the car would be spotless and shinny, with a wax coating that would visually last for months and then, presumably, last for the rest of the year protecting the paint from Ohios seasons. Fantastic! But in the last couple years, weve noticed they dont attempt to remove any scratches or scuffs in the paint. They just apply the transparent Diamond Gloss coating over them and move on, yet the imperfections are still clearly visible.Ive found most surface imperfections like these are removable with an inexpensive scratch removing cream and elbow grease. Ive successfully used Meguiars Scratch X 2.0. I wish Ziebart took care of this for you since youre paying for the convenience. Im guessing they dont because of a combination of liability, time required, and nitpicky owners who would demand perfection. If you still think its worth it for an older car, my advice is to wash it and take care of the scratches yourself before bringing it in. Which again, partially defeats the purpose of paying someone else to take care of things.

If I could give zero stars I would! I had all the windows tinted on my car. Not long after that was done, when I would roll a window down I would hear this awful sound coming from the back rear window. It obviously didnt make this sound before I got my windows tinted, so I called Ziebart. I was told the next available appt would be in two weeks. Made the appt. Took my car there first thing in the morning 8am. I explained to the tech what it was doing, and even showed him a video. He said hes never seen anything like that and it must be a defective rear window. He then went outside took look at it, and told me its because the rear window tint is peeling and that they would have to completely redo it. Came back at 4:45 and it wasnt ready. As i was waiting at the counter a tech came in and said he is getting ready to pull it in the shop, which I though was weird. Why would you just be pulling it into the shop when youve had it all day? 10 minutes later they came in and said it was done. I asked if they replaced the tint like they said they were doing and they said no, we just trimmed it. The peeling looks even worse now that they trimmed it, not to mention several air bubbles. They already got paid for doing the tint job the first time, of course they dont care. I am willing to take my car elsewhere and pay more just for it to be fixed, and done right! I will not be doing business with Ziebart anymore!

I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30am yesterday,and got a call at 1:45pm that it was done and ready for pick up.I picked it up at 4:30pm.I had interior detailing services.Very disappointed.The console in the back seat wasnt cleaned or anything.When I opened up the driver and passenger doors you could tell they hadnt been vacuumed.They took it back in to fix that,so I wait on it.They came back out with my car and I noticed they never vacuumed the part by my back glass in the back seat.My console up front was never vacuumed or wiped out either.I paid for these services,and I shouldnt have to go back behind them to point these things out.They took it back in again to fix those things.I finally leave at 5:45pm very frustrated.I had them install a remote start last year right before winter,and they did a fantastic job.That is why I had them do the interior detailing of my car.Also my seats were so wet that my clothes were wet when I got home.Disatisfied customer.😔
