Just stopped by to get my Mothers battery and Alternator tested. The Manager Terry was beyond helpful and did his best to help get the cars battery changed out and on our way. You couldnt ask for better assistance and knowledge!

The manager terry was an angel very helpful went up and beyond helped us in need went outta of his way to make sure i was able to get home without his help we are disabled and would have been stranded im so grateful for all help

I cannot even begin to explain how above and beyond the manager, Terry, went at the centereach autozone store. Not only did he deal with me literally knowing nothing about my car and what was wrong with it (I did not know the light I was talking about was called the map light) Terry also made the experience a lot less stressful then I usually feel when something goes wrong in with my car. Terry went above and beyond to help me fix the problem in my car and made it possible for me to go on my road trip tomorrow to Florida without the added worry of my light draining my battery on my travels! I have never had better service anywhere else!! If I could decide who got raised boy would I give him one!!

Nick Ehrle was so helpful. I went to autozone to get car wash and he told me about this awesome promotion that included a bucket and all this car wash stuff. He is the reason I’d return to Centereach autozone.

Very happy! I got stuck with a dead battery. After getting it started, I called Autozone to see if they had a replacement. They looked up the parts, and quoted me prices of what was in stock. They were very helpful when I got there, and installed it for me! I was on my way with peace of mind that I will not get stuck again. THANKS GUYS!

The staff are friendly and helpful. They will not try and push unnecessary car products on to you. I recommend as long as you perform the research as to what specific items are needed for your car.

Great place for your auto needs. What I really like is the people that work there do a great job getting you what you need without any hassles or talking down to you like in so many other auto stores. The prices are fair and you can get some good deals by watching the sales.

Stopped in to buy a new antenna for my work truck. Guys behind the counter were very helpful. Led me in the right direction also said he could order the part OEM if I wanted. Found what I needed in store though.

One staff member was helpful and he is the reason for a star, would give 0 if possible. Manager and other staff very arrogant. Kept telling me the anti-freeze I was grabbing was wrong but they couldnt tell me which was the correct one. Called my mechanic who has been mechanic for years and good friend (was too far to go to him); he told them the one and they told him he was wrong. Would never go here again and would never recommend to anyone.

A little bit of a wait as the 2 in front of me signed up for rewards and were slow at it. But the counter person was very professional and courteous.

I walk in with a return and he goes to his computer like hes gonna help then just up and walks away and tells one of the other guys to help me while kills time playing in his phone. Comical. Went there today in the snowstorm with a broken wiper blade they didnt have the right one all the guys were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us find it at a different location and helped us fix it temporarily so we could make it to the other store!!!!! Great guys!

Mind you, years ago this store was a fine store. Today, well Im not gonna knit pick but in short, the prices are highly competitive. That being said, if you know exactly what you want and what youre doing, then the store is fine if you can deal with some loads horse maneur. Now some of the employees are great but some seem to just want to discourage any would be customers. The DM was less than charming to say the least. Its a sad state of affairs. I recommend elsewhere. After my negative experience Im told multiple friends were chased to other parts stores.

Had the worse experience here. I made a purchase at a different autozone about 20 miles away near where i work. The person who rang me up didnt put my rewards number but I only noticed when i got home so I stopped by this autozone in centereach and I asked this person if he could add the points or do a return and ring me up again and add the point. He laugh in my face and said so that you can affect my sales?. no, but i will let you buy this. I was also making a new purchase that i forgot to make at the store by my job.So he actually decided that his sales are more important than a happy customer i guess.Number one. Last time I checked, the name on the door is Autozone, not Douche-Nozzlezone. so this are not your sales.Number two, do you know what else affects sales? Bad reviews you idiot.So this happened at the autozone in centerreach around 8pm on 01/11/16 but I cant even mention the name of this idiot because he didnt have a name tag. I will give every autozone in the island a bad review just because of this incident.

Worst customer service in the area. I mean even the manager doesnt make an effort to help customers and provide a good experience. Rather go to pep boys or other auto part store from now on.

The only customer there, with 5 employees behind the counter...and they made me wait. When they finally decided they felt like taking my money, they couldnt figure out which cash register to use. Asked why they were so disorganized, Scott told some idiotic story about the whole staff being drivers. No apology, no sorry about the wait. Horrible, unprofessional, inept staff.

I would give this place zero stars if I can, theyre unprofessional the Spanish guy was very rude he should be fired you work with a place with people he had a very bad attitude with me all I asked was for a favour and he said no I wanted to get my oil cap open It was to tight i wanted to say something he a racist i can tell the lady was trying to help me out but he said no no.
