The first time I went to Pacfe I had an appointment but no idea who would actually be doing my nails. That was my lucky day I guess because I ended up being guided to Cherry who, now after my second visit back, is officially the person I want to see every time I go there. She is professional, patient, kind, and honest about what will or won’t work based on my nails. She will tailor what you ask for to look the best it can on you. What stuck out the most to me was her incredible attention to detail. She wowed me the first visit with the quality and intricacy she put into the design I wanted and even went politely along with me basically throwing new ideas of what I wanted at her mid-session. Today was my second time back and I’m just as, if not more, pleased with her work. I’m sure everyone there is talented but I’ve found my person for sure.I also just want to mention to anyone who goes to a salon with a specific picture in hand to show and expects an exact replica of said picture: you may not get it. Not because the person isn’t good at what they do but because in your mind if it isn’t a side by side identical twin of the picture you show then it’s wrong. Salons carry different brands of colors, different tools might be used and don’t forget our good friend photoshop who can make nails “glow” and “sparkle” and perfect lines, edges, and angles to produce the image you found. I can assure you that once you let go of your rigid attachment to that perfect picture on Pinterest you’ll be much more pleased with what you get in real life. These people aren’t copy machines they’re artists and professionals. No, of course not everyone at a salon is a perfect manicurist or pedicurist but I can 100% assure you that every time Cherry moved to a new part of the process she ensured that I was happy with what we had done so far. If you aren’t happy with something then say so. Don’t be polite and say “yeah I guess that’s okay”, speak up! They will change it! If it can’t be changed to meet your wants then move on to someone who can do that for you. It’s really as simple as that.Okay, rant aside: the salon is super cute and clean, the decor is lovely, and the staff are all polite and welcoming. They are up front about pricing and will let you know before your work is started if something you want will cost extra. I certainly enjoy my time there - I think you would to :)P.S. my new nails are cat approved 🙃

The people who work here are very nice and the salon is full of beautiful decorations. But I am rather disappointed with the quality of work I received for the price. I am aware that is a hard job and for that I would have been happy to change my design to better suit the worker’s skills. However, this was not expressed to me and i left with a design that didn’t match what I asked for, looks unfinished up close, and definitely does not look like it is worth what I paid. For reference, I asked for 1st picture in blue in place of the white and no gems, changed it to blue in place of brown as the worker suggested, and had to scrap the marble in the end.Update: 4 days later and a nail already broke

Summer is amazing and never disappoints! Any design I bring to her she always does her absolute best and my nails always look amazing! I will never go anywhere else! This salon is always so clean and they have tons of colors!

I really wanted to love this place. The inside is gorgeous and clean, but that’s really all it has to offer. I spent a total of $93 on a dip manicure and pedicure… My nails were not even, some were filed down crookedly, there is a little black hair stuck on one of my nails, and the polish chipped just two days later.Sadly, it just is not worth the price. I’ll stick to my old salon instead.

Tiffany was absolutely amazing. She took so much time and was incredibly patient. My nails look absolutely beautiful and everything I wanted and more. I will go to her every single time I need my nails done. My friends and I had gone and they put us in our own room which made us feel incredibly special and focused on.

I didnt totally love the design that was done compared to what I showed I wanted from their Instagram. My friend had a different idea for his nails too and had to repeatedly show a picture but still did something nice.It was clean, good service, great ambiance. I will go back for another design idea.

PACFE is very flexible with appointment times. They did my daughters very first pedicure today and employee Cindy was absolutely amazing! She was so kid friendly and personable! She was gentle and made it a fun experience for my daughter! I am beyond pleased with this salon!

I had great experience at Pacfe Nails and Spa. The place is beautiful! From the decor, how spacious it is, small little details such as everything color-coordinated, and the comfort, I truly felt like I was at a spa. The staff here is very organized and friendly. Tiffany did my nails and she was so attentive to what I was looking to do. She did a great job and was so kind! I will definitely come back and will refer Pacfe to all my friends and family.

Experience is always great. My mom doesn’t speak english but she gets to same care and treatment everyone else does. Everyone’s precise and doesn’t skip ANY steps. Explain exactly what they’re charging and other options and prices in case you need to think. Never feel rushed or feel like an unwanted or unappreciated customer. Great work! I needed a UV gel set fill-in with design on for fingernails. When the guy that did my nails did the designs incorrectly and I was not happy I ask for him to take it off and change the design on those for nails. He went on to say that he didn’t know if he could do any other design. And that it would take a long time as well. When I asked the lady to come over and let me know if anybody else could do the designs for me she said that she wasn’t sure. She also went on to say that if somebody did a design it would not be like the picture so I asked how would it be? It’s either you can do it or you can’t you know. So then they were talking in their language for a while instead of telling me if somebody could take care of my nails. So needless to say this is how I’m going home after being charged $70 for my nails. When I asked what the $70 was for they said that they were charging me an additional $30 for two designs and the gel polish. Would you guys can clearly see I don’t have but I paid them because we already know how that goes. Smh It’s safe to say that they just lost a customer

Love the decor, cleanliness, and nail techs. Don’t really love the pricing.I got my acrylic fill in done by Vivienne. My original set was done elsewhere where they used colored acrylic, so she explained to me that they use only clear acrylic so it may not blend in as well, but she will try her best with a colored top coat. I really appreciated that she explained everything to me as opposed to just doing it and hoping I’d be okay with it. The nails turned out perfect and exactly how I wanted.My fill in costed $55 total. It was $15 extra for the design I chose (picture attached). I feel like this is a bit excessive. I would also most likely go elsewhere for a pedicure due to the price ($38). They do have a points system which I’m hoping will come with future discounts.Overall, I do recommend coming here for good quality work and nice designs, but be ready to pay a bit more than other places.

This place may look beautiful inside but to me, the nail work is what I’m going for. I went here after moving to the area and had high hopes especially they’re a lot pricier than my last place. I figured I would be paying for what I asked for- instead it was even more. $5 extra for a coffin shape, $5 extra to cut the cuticles. my old salon never charged me extra for any of that. Plus, the girl who did my nails who they said was good did a horrible job. all my nails were different lengths and they couldn’t even do the design I wanted but still charged me for it. I’ve been making the drive going back to my old salon because this place is not it’s all hyped up to be. I decided to give them another try for a pedicure, they weren’t accommodating at all because I didn’t have a appointment. I couldn’t wait 15-20 minutes until someone was free to do it, they flat out said no. Would not go back here again- the people leaving good reviews have probably been long time customers that don’t mind spending $50 on a manicure. Not me. If you have a nail salon you love, stick with it. Not worth the $$$ you spend here for not great service.

I absolutely love PACFE Nails and cannot say enough about them. The salon itself is stunning all decorated in pink with fur accents, crystal chandeliers, and 2 big screen TV’s. To complete the look there is an adorable wicker swing in the lobby area. The place is huge. I have felt very safe here during the current pandemic as each station is sprayed down and disinfected before the next client sits down. They take your temperature upon entering. Each station has a plexiglass divider between you and your tech, and another divider next to you and the next client. Totally immaculate. My nail tech is Ling and she is a true artist. Show her any picture and she can replicate it. Ling is also the best brow waxer I have ever had. When Ling hadn’t been available I have had Daymen do my nails who is equally talented. To be honest every nail tech in this salon is extremely talented as I have always seen people leaving with beautiful nails and a smile on their faces. The entire staff is extremely friendly and really care about making their clients comfortable. I look forward to my appointments. If you are looking to be pampered and you want to relax in a beautiful environment this is your place!

Was there yesterday for a waxing session and my legs were left with stubbles and the person that did my wax - looks like it was her first time doing this. Didn’t get the impression that she had to he experience or maybe she didn’t want to do it. It normally would take a month for new wax session. This time, I’m forced to return like in two weeks. Need to do a better job next time.

This place is very beautiful and fancy, I’ll give them that. I paid $90 for a pink and white new set. Did wonderful job on my nails came out perfect at that moment, toooo good to be true! The next day three nails broke off. I went back they fix it with no charge which I was happy. But the following day the rest of the nails broke off! This place is a rip off!

I use to go to another nail salon for years and gladI gave PACFE a try! The salon is clean and they use quality products. The staff is friendly and has been able to reproduce any design I show them. My nails last more than 2 weeks which never happened before! They appreciate your business and give back to there customers!

Ive been going to this nail salon for almost 3 months and Ive always had positive personal experiences there so I began taking my mom there about a 1.5 months ago...shed always get a gel mani/pedi but every single time her finger nails/toe nail polish would be streaky and start chipping within a week after her visit (she would always bring it up to me but I just kept brushing it off and telling her it must be from the gardening she does). HOWEVER, this past Friday we went to a different salon nearby just for gel pedicures because we didnt have time to go to Pacfe. During our appointment there, the employees kept asking if we were sure the nail polish on her toes were gel, we asked why and the nail lady proceeded to literally wipe off the supposed gel nail polish with regular acetone. My mom had been receiving REGULAR nail polish mani/pedis for the price of gel (at her last visit this supposed gel mani/pedi session was a $100+)!!!Im honestly shocked that a nail salon would do something like this!!! Did they think that because my mom does speak English very well that they could just scam 100s of $$$ out of her??? I dont care about refunds or any apologies, I am just never going to be recommending Pacfe to anyone ever again!

Pacfe  is amazing!!! When you first walk into their beautiful establishment you will notice these beautiful giant cacoon-like chairs where you get to relax in while getting the most relaxing pedicures. The salon is immaculate, and the staff is so friendly. Safety definitely appears to be a priority for them. They took my temperature immediately and I noticed all the precautions they have taken to keep their customers safe from the plexi glass partitions to everyone wearing a mask and keeping people 6 feet apart. As for the quality of the work just take a look at the picture of my nails that I have attached. What I love most about Pacfe Nails is quality of work, attention to details and the huge selection of options. They have definitely gained a customer for life !!Thank you, Ms Ev

This is going to be a mixed review. The positives - the staff are very friendly and the spa is clean and very pleasing to the eye aesthetically. However, today, did not meet my expectations nor did it compare to my previous positive experiences here. I made my appointment for 1:30pm and arrived 10 minutes early. It seemed a bit chaotic, and while I waited to be seated, the receptionist started removing my polish to prep me for the nail tech. I was then told to wait a little longer. Fine, no problem.. It was not until 45 minutes later that I was finally seated. A tech came over to me where I then explained the design that I had in mind and then disappeared without word. I sat there patiently for another 10 minutes waiting for him to get back before I decided to get up to ask what the delay was. When I got to the desk, the woman said, Oh, the girl was just looking for you. At this point I am losing patience. I then walk over to the *2nd* technician they had me sit with. I explained to her what I wanted done. Unfortunately, the tech did not understand what I was looking for. Perhaps it was a language barrier, but I have never had an issue here and have always loved the results. Today not so much... I understand that Saturdays are busy, but to wait that long is completely unacceptable to me especially when I had an appointment. No apology was offered to me either. I am going to give this salon one more chance, but thought someone else should keep this in mind if they are in a hurry or have additional plans in their schedule and cannot wait this long.

This was my first time going and sadly won’t be going back. my nails where filed too thin to the point where they where sore after and later broke after a few hours. the polish was/ isn’t smooth or even.

I absolutely love the job they do on my nails, the staff is wonderful, the salon is clean!! There are no complaints in that area whatsoever.However, it is very expensive. I got an acrylic fill in and it cost $45! I remember when nail salons charged $40+ for a brand new set.. Its a $15 up charge to use gel color. I have to use that for the line of work Im in (very easy to chip because I use my hands so much).. But I cant keep spending $45+ tip for a basic fill in. I truly understand that they need to catch up because they were closed for so long due to COVID and they lost a lot of money.. But $45+ tip every 2 or so weeks for a basic fill in (no design, gems.. just color) is INSANE. Its just acrylic and gel color.. I used to spend about $25 for that all.

This place is pretty and well kept but poor management. I get regular paint manicures and I ask them to do something different this time. Paint half the nail instead of my full nail. And they charged me $10 to paint half of my nail!! I’m assuming the man I talked to was some type of manager said they were going to charge me more because it would take them longer to paint have a nail? Doesn’t make sense to me because I was out of that chair in 15 minutes maybe 20 tops. They did tell me before and I said fine but I figured after they saw how little time it took they would realize they were over charging me. On top of it this manager was trying to push me towards get gel manicures for $20 more. I only use regular paint and stated that but he tried telling me I’d get more for my money. My favorite part is when they showed what I wanted to what I’m assuming is another head manager she rolled her eyes! I could’ve painted this myself and they tried to make it seem it was so much more than what it was and I wasn’t in there long at all. I told them how my old nail place I went to before it changed management would do this all the time and not charge anything extra because your only painting half my nail. I would’ve $5 more But 10 is questionable. On top of this he told me I should go back to my old place! Very disrespectful! Poor management

I had read the reviews and decided to give this place a try. Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in to this beautiful, spotless, peaceful salon. I had a full gel set applied by Daymen who was so nice and professional. He listened to what I wanted and he delivered! I am very pleased with how my nails look. I also had a spa pedicure which was soothing and relaxing. I’m so happy I went and am definitely returning soon for follow up fills and pedicures.

I paid $95 for a UV gel full set which is very expensive, Definitely could’ve been cheaper for nailsthat only last around 2-3 weeks. I will returning to Pacfe nails but never will I get a Uv set after my experience today.

The nail salon is beautiful. I went to have a manicure powder dip and pedicure. Chuck did a great job on my nails. However, once I was done I sat by the Pedicure chair waiting for someone to attend to me. After 10-15 min Tiffany come over to give me the pedicure. Once she she started I was then told that the chair was not working (did not move closer or further), so I had to sit at the edge of the chair for most of my pedicure. She did ask me if I wanted to move after I complained about the chair. However, I decided not to move because she had already started working on pedicure. In her rushing state, she cut my nails so short, filing was uneven and cuticles not cut properly. Molly or Melony (not sure of her name), was working on my nieces pedi and she did a great job. I would probably try her in the future.

The place is beautiful but that’s about it. I had gone because I heard such amazing reviews about the nail salon. Mia who did my nails, was nice, but wasn’t very good. I spent over $100 on my pedicure and gel manicure. Both to which, didn’t even last me a week before they chipped. She left old red polish around the cuticle of my toes and my gel manicure chipped in three days. Waste of money. Hopefully they improve their products because they don’t last

I highly recommend this nail salon. It is super clean and such a relaxing experience. It was my first time going today and I am super picky when it comes to my nails and they came out perfect. I will definitely be using them as my regular nail salon now! They even gave me a gift before I left 😊 I have nothing bad to say about my experience.

This new nail/spa is absolutely beautiful inside and the service was stellar! Definitely try it out! There are a dozen manicure chairs and a dozen pedicure chairs! They have separate waxing and facial and massage rooms! You can get a private pedicure if you want. Beautiful, warm and relaxing decor of white and pink with chandeliers and lace. On a whim after googling nail salons I was hesitant to try a new salon, I thought I would give Pacfe a try. Moments earlier I found out my normal nail salon closed their doors for good. Oh boy, now I’m leaving my comfort zone. Instead of making an appointment, I took a chance as a walk in and was told 15 minutes. And 15 minutes it was. Jerry came over to greet me and escort me to his chair. I told Jerry that I would like a dark blue gel color. He showed me the blue colors he had and I found the perfect navy color with his help. He cut and filed my nails just as I asked him and I love my snowflake designs. I was so pleased with how nice my nails came out. We chatted a bit (small talk) as well as with the girls on either side of him and also with the customers. Even had a few laughs. Everyone was so friendly. It was awkward at first being in a new place but by the time I left I felt very comfortable. My original plan was to nail salon hop for a bit until I found the right fit for me. But Pacfe gave me reason to come back and be pampered again. Great first experience! The salon is very modern, clean and decorated beautifully. Happy I took the chance and walked in. An added bonus, plenty of parking.

I had an appointment and when I got there, they asked me what I wanted to do. I explained and the lady she told me that I had to put the new set and I told her , for first time that I did powder they should explain to me how’s that work. Short story I have to wait for 29 minutes and then they send a guy that I usually see him behind the reception area , to do my nail and they put me at the table with no cover between worker and customer and he done my nail less then 15 minutes.That was punishment that they did to to customer because they didn’t like customer say something to them.My nail broke the next day and I have to go somewhere else to fix it .How professional are they!!!

I finally found my much needed nail salon close to home! Heard about Pacfes opening recently and many great reviews. Had to check it out and so happy I did! So happy to finally find a reliable nail salon! I use to live in St James and since I moved to Centereach its been so hard to find a nail salon I loved as much close to home now. Well this is THE place. Gorgeous decor, super clean, and wonderful, friendly staff. This will be my regular nail salon from now on! Thank you Pacfe!!

First time at this salon, got a full set with Ling and couldn’t be happier!! Professional, polite, on time, so clean and my nails came out amazing!!! Highly recommend them!

I love “Pacfe Nails & Spa” they have amazing service, while your getting your nails done they give you a free massage if you want it! They give you a present at the end with your first visit, they give you beverages, And they were really nice!!!
