These guys were great, they had to remove mold from my home. I called and Anthony came to my home give me an estimate talked to me for an hour and explained everything step by step, this was great because i knew nothing about this type of work. The work was done as they said it would be, they stayed in touch with me thru the entire process. If you need a remediation company this is the one to call. Absolutely wonderful people and they care.

I am writing this letter to commend on services I received from Category 3 LLC. I was recently told I had mold in a second house I own, right in the middle of trying to sell it.I actually live 2 hours away and didnt have a car , money or time to personally attend to all aspects of testing remediation and reconstruction. I felt very upset and lost. The very first time I spoke with Dominick he was calm, reassuring and knowledgeable. it was always a pleasant experience since then : he answers calls in a timely manner and was always willing to help coordinate with contractors and inspector. he sent me daily updates including pictures of the work in process. With all the difficulties I encountered ,I felt Dominick was on my side so to speak. The process went very smoothly thanks to Dominick. I was told by the mold inspector that the job was very well done and we passed inspection the very first time, to my relief! When it came time to put all back together one of the contractors told me the job had been done so neatly that it would be easier and cheaper to rebuilt, which was music to my ears. I wholeheartedly recommend Category 3 LLC.I am not planning on having mold again, but if i ever do, I will definitely call Dominick!

I recently had a devastating problem -- a sewage back-up to a bathroom, foyer and exercise room. Category 3 showed up within a few hours and efficiently and with great understanding decontaminated the premises, worked with my insurance company and returned promptly to complete the cleanup work, which removed the removal of sheetrock and a rubber tile floor. They get five stars.

My Mom had a sewage backup in her basement. We found Category 3 LLC to do the cleanup. They were efficient, professional, got to us in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. We recently had an issue in our basement that required services from Category 3. I called on a Sunday night after 10p and left a message.
