Quick turnaround and extremely professional service. Sheikh is extremely knowledgeable and an expert at what he does. I purchased the Huawei P30 in Kuwait (International version) last year and I recently had the screen shattered due to a piece of metal tubing falling off the ceiling onto the desk at work. Every store in the U.S. refused to work on my phone due to the political nature on Huawei here. Even Huawei itself stated there was nothing they could do inside the U.S. despite it being under warranty! Mexico offered to help, but couldnt do much in terms of actually fixing the phone due to it being a middle eastern version. Kuwait would fix it, but would take up to two months to return it due to the pandemic. Just when I was about to give up hope and buy a new phone I randomly found this store online and proudly stated they would fix it. The turnaround was extremely fast within a few days (the shipping and return took longer than the actual repair) and I couldnt be more satisfied. The quality is top tier and the craftsmanship on the installation is out of this world. You cant tell anything ever happened despite me looking at it with a magnifying glass and a flashlight. I spent a few days testing the durability of the screen and so far I have nothing negative to say. Thank you Sheikh, youre the man!

I had my verzion Samsung tablet S4 for about a year and I cracked the screen just by me Tapping the screen with my knuckle just with a little hit , the app was glitching from slowness it broken it..so i brought it back to best buy where I got it a year ago to have Geek Squad try to repair it ,they said they ware not able to fix it because it was out of date in the first place and then I went to my verzion store and they said since they said I took my insurance off the tablet just a month ago to lower my verzion bill they were unable to put a Claim in for the repair but they told me about I fix screens that they are a top Reliable and quality experts repair shop in that type of repair . So I tried them out and boy Im so glad i did because not only they fixed it but it looks brand new and no issues with it at all after the fix. They were very friendly, nice, honest, respectful to me and took the time to assist my questions and were understanding about pretty much anything I asked them. If you want a true honest repair phone shop service ,well theses are the guys that I would Recommend to anyone to go to for a repair, if its a cracked phone screen or ,tablet anything they will try there best to fix it with good service I would try them out first before going to some one else. now the price was high on my repair for my tablet but again According to the fellow service guy there and me looking up my self in the price of repairing the device I had to get fixed, it was Expensive, its a Delicate rear part screen and its out of date According to the sale market no one sells this type of tablet in stores no more maybe Amazon but you be paying $900 for it being brand new lol. and that makes it a very expensive repair part to fix. I think even if I went with my own service for my phone provider and paid Verizon to fix it , it be the same price or higher and more waitingtime as well anyway, so the price they charged me is not higher then any other place they might charge and knowing my Verzion they may have Scammed me in giving me a crappier furbished tablet that might have been more money and is not the same tablet I wanted fix. So I say go with I fix screens , unless your insured with a provider that will repair something for cheap price and dont mind the wait ,even thats deductible but good job fellows and yes i give 5 stars to them because, really you get what you pay for, and really the table is like new and running good . I just need to be very Gentle with it and never tap the screen so hard with your fingers to any phone or glass tablet it will Crack and break the screen like what I did by Tapping my knuckle on the screen just a bit , and it damaged the screen very mush it went all black and way destroyed. .

The customer service is exceptional! I dropped my phone a long time ago and never bothered to fix it since it was a small crack. It finally started spreading and made it difficult to use. I was greeted by Dan who was and absolute professional, knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and through. He let me know the cost upfront and explained my particular phone costs a little more because was more than just a simple glass replacement. He let me know me my repair would take a little over an hour to fix and even offered to stay later so that I would have my phone back the same day, for that, I am very grateful! I would highly recommend this store for any repair.

I went to get my iPhone7 plus fixed because the screen was cracked on the bottom long story short it was fixed but some screws that the last person apparently forgot to put back in the phone was also fixed . Reviews are needed to distinguish the ones that know what they are doing from the rest. This is the first time I’m taking the time to write one but it is well deserved. I have iPhone 6 in great condition but the battery wouldn’t hold a charge. Took it to Centereach store where Sheik showed me that the battery wasn’t charging properly. He had one battery left swapped it out and now my phone works great. Saved me a lot of money as I didn’t want to buy a new phone. Thank you.

On Long Island iFixScreens is probably the fastest, most reliable and the best bang for your buck by far. I have been to three locations with three different phones. They all provide a great warranty and really do stand by their work. However all these stores are franchises and are not run by the same management. From my personal experience, the Centereach store is run a little bit better than the other two iFixScreens I have visited. I actually drive a few miles out of my way to use Centereach now because management is right there quite often if a problem arises.The techs there also seem to be a little sharper and more experienced.

When I saw the reviews I was pretty confident to send my laptop there. Even though they couldnt fix it, what I didnt like was that my laptop stayed there for three weeks and during those three weeks I was the one calling them to know the updates; I think its wrong. I had to go there for them to tell they couldnt do anything. At least, they didnt let me pay anything.
