Reliable booking. Precision clipper and scissor work. Was in from out of town and Al’s work was spot on. Great conversationalist as well. Overall an excellent barber experience and an even better finished product.

Al is very socially aware, keeps his tools disinfected and can do any style you ask for. I’ve sent several of my friends to him and they all come back just as impressed as I am. He cuts better than anyone I’ve ever had do my hair. His attention to detail is insane I’m pretty sure there’s a ruler in his head. Go cut your cut from him and you’ll see what I’m talking about

Als barber shop is the first and only barber shop that made me notice and love my husbands hair cut. Never seen him with a cleaner beard & neck shave or neater hair cut. Too bad we dont live in town but my husband definitely visits him when hes in town. Regardless of his very reasonable price list, its impossible not to notice Als professional work which is some sort of an art for sure.

Any one of these barbers can give you a fresh cut. Very professional but the atmosphere is laid back.

Really experienced in giving quick cuts but not much experience in styling. He will cut your hair. Dont expect a style or fade or anything like that. Lots of hairs that he overlooks. You will need a touch up or recut after.

I’m in my 40s but still have a full set of hair but starting to thin and i’ve tried many barbershops. This guy Al is quite possibly the best. He’s focused, and you can tell he has complete control of the scissors and the buzzer. Highly recommended.

I came in on christmas eve. Even tough it was really busy Al gave me a really clean skin fade. i loved the shop it was very clean and always have good movies on tv . Als a cool guy and very talented. i reccomend this shop to everyone!

I don’t usually review places, but this one deserves one. I moved here from brooklyn, so I was looking for a new barber. I have been with my barber for about 11 years now and all I have seen is great and welcoming attitude. I found out about this place from instagram and I saw that it had 5 stars on google. When I came to Al’s place, he was giving someone a haircut, so I asked him if there was a line. He said there is only one person. I sat down and was watching the TV. My turn came and I showed him a picture of me with fresh cut. I told him I want something like that. I dont think he looked at the picture. He just started cuting my hair. I am not really picky with my haircut, so I just waited for him to finish up. He finished and it was an okay haircut. I paid him and while I was putting on my jacket I asked him if the show that I was watching in his shop tv was on netflix. He didnt even answer my question. I thought he didnt hear me. It was a day before Christmas, so I said happy holidays before I left the shop. He didn’t answer that too. I dont know what it was, but he was definitely not in a good mood that day. I think he should have stayed home or maybe thats just how he treats his customers. If that is how he treats his customers, then I would not recommend this place to anyone. It does not matter how great of handskills you have, if you dont know how to treat your customers, you should not even be doing this job. BTW PEOPLE, this is after he responded. FYI I AM A STUDENT WHO LOANS MONEY TO PAY FOR HIS EDUCATION. I DO NOT WORK. IF YOU WANT A PROOF OF THAT I CAN BRING IT TO YOU. INSTEAD OF TRYING TO MAKE UP FOR IT, YOU ARE STILL USING YOUR AHOLE ATTITUDE TO EXPLAIN/JUSTIFY YOUR ACTIONS. I ALWAYS TIPPED MY BARBER, BUT YOU MY FRIEND, DONT EVEN SAY HELLO OR HOW ARE YOU AND EXPECT TO GET A TIP FROM SOMEONE?. YOU HAVE TO FIX YOUR ATTITUDE, BEFORE YOU START ASKING FOR TIPS.
