We hired William and his team to refinish our +60 year old oak floors. William and his team members were amazing. You can tell they care about their work and making their customers happy. William is very knowledgeable and experienced with this work, and he was open and honest about everything. I never felt pressured. We talked at length about the products available and I HIGHLY recommend the Pallmann Magic Oil (see photos). He even saved me some money by teaching me how to replace boards since there were only a couple that needed it and it wasnt going to be cost effective to pay him to do it.The team members who were in charge of our job (Gabby and Isaiah) were very polite, answered all of our questions, and did a great job. After the refinishing was completed, William came back out to fix any little issues that needed attention - you wont find that with most companies. We were supplied with specific cleaning supplies for our floor as well as furniture pads. These folks know how to refinish a floor.

William and Gabby did a great job. We had a build up of several different products used on our floors and they were able to remove the film that made our floors look dingy. William and his team did a great job. They communicated well before the start of the job and our hardwood floors now look brand new.

This is a great family business! We hired Beautiful Wood Floors to refinish hardwood flooring in our 1923 Bungalow and apply zero VOC finish. Prior to finding William, it was difficult to find anyone that had experience with zero VOC products. We have a kiddo in the house so it was really important to me to use finish that was non-toxic. I’m really glad I found this business. William was easy to work with, always responsive and the final product looks great. It’s been a few months of toddler and dogs running around and the floors still look great. I definitely plan to hire William for the next phase of our project.
