I am so thankful for Lighthouse window cleaning! Our windows are so clear now! They were timely and professional and the prices are very fair I felt! I had made several attempts to other window cleaners and no one returned my calls. I am so grateful for the quality work I saw when they where done, that I called and booked the next year out with them! A very good company and business in my opinion. And I think locally owned too! Im a tenant at a senior community in Denver. We just had a major outdoor renovation, and the last step was to get our windows washed. Lighthouse came out during a rainy week and washed all the windows of our cottages and our two and three storey buildings. I was in real estate for many years, and couldnt recommend a better window cleaning service. Inside window cleaning was offered to anyone. I paid the fee to have 8 panes cleaned. They were on time, did a fabulous job, and even did a little extra for me. I couldnt be happier. Its wonderful to see outside again without dust and dirt on my windows, even the 15 foot tall celestory windows! If you need windows cleaned, this is the company you should choose!

We love our clean windows! The guys were hear early (which I love), they were speedy and did a great job. We are a business and needed them to be in and out and keep things orderly, they did just that!

After building our house, the builders window washer never finished cleaning construction debris off the windows. It had been on my list to finish for several months, and finally did a search for window cleaners in the Parker area recently (4/2020). Lighthouse Window Cleaning came up and had really good reviews, so we asked for a quote.Kert came out to the house the next day and was very pleasant and professional. We had a two quotes by the end of the day (exterior only and interior/exterior), and they were very reasonable.We opted to clean all our exterior windows, and the work done was professional and the windows look great! We plan to use Lighthouse for regular window cleaning from now on. I highly recommend them.

Before I booked Lighthouse, I specifically asked the owner Kert if the price he quoted for my new windows included cleaning the tracks of the windows. He assured me that it did, so I retained him. I called him after he completed the work to point out that my windows tracks all had dirt, grime and bugs. I reminded him of our previous conversation. Kert told me that when he said he cleaned the tracks, all he really meant was he swiped them, and that if I wanted them cleaned I would have to pay extra. He did not offer to reduce his bill. Unprofessional. Who needs clean windows and dirty tracks? Who needs a service from a person who does not live up to his promises and makes no effort to provide customer satisfaction?

We have a single-level house with a lot of windows, and in particular those pesky French pane windows. From start to finish (our RFQ to actual cleaning), we had a great first experience working with Kert and his team at Lighthouse Window Cleaning. Weve tried other local service providers in the past and havent been able to find one thats matched LightHouses superior combination of value, quality, and professionalism.

Kert and team were scheduled for 10 am to clean our office windows. They arrived early and were courteous and very professional. Our windows were awful. I got Kerts number from another window cleaning company that does not work in Highlands Ranch.I could not be happier though! Kert came in on time for our initial appointment, took a look at the house inside and out and gave me a quote. A couple of days later, I scheduled the job. Again he was on time, courteous and started on the inside of the house first, then did the outside (including my garage windows for an additional amount) and finished by checking all the windows again inside. It was faster than I anticipated (although when I asked him how long it would take, he had predicted just right!).He did a great job: not only the windows look transparent (wow! all this light!), but he was very neat while doing the job, no water dripping everywhere...There he goes on my list of preferred vendors for my house!
