Wow - Im sorry to hear about other customers negative experiences but I have to say that Im thrilled with the encounter I had at NSM today. I was desperate to find a replacement part for my mother-in-laws chair, stopped by their office on the off-chance that they might have it and they did. They then gave me sound advice on how to replace the item before sending me on the way.The people there were very pleasant and knowledgeable and Im now looking at how to shed my old vendor and switch to them.

Do not use this company. We have been waiting since February for a product. The person we were working with was very flaky. Gave tons of excuses for why they had STOPPED working on the order. Finally got another person from the company to start working with us only to find the product we were getting had GONE OUT OF BUSINESS in the time it took for them to order it. Well, finally got another product figured out and they took 50% downpayment to order. It has been WEEKS with no word. I have a feeling they took the money and ran. DO NOT USE.Update: I still recommend not using this company as we never received our product after 10 months of back and forth. However, they did credit our card back for the deposit, so there is that.

We were on an extended trip out west and my father-in-laws (who is a Vet) scooter broke. This would have ruined the trip for him and for us - one he had been planning for over year. After multiple calls where people said they couldnt or wouldnt help we found NSM in centennial and John. He invited us to come right over and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. There are truly good and helpful people left in the world and John is one of them. If we lived in Colorado we would take all of our business to him. Oh, and did I mention he would not accept any fee?

Nonexistent customer service. I have been on hold 45 min. my situation is so dire, only to be disconnected. I call back and wait again my situation is so dire.My chair Is literally held together by twine I’ve waited 1 month for this appointment. Don’t even THINK about buying a chair from this company if I could leave zero stars I would leave less than that

I wish I could give 0 stars, we have had problem woth my dads chair sonce we got it. Customer service is barely existent with awful response times. Repairs dont last. And the breaks have failed multiple times. My dad has been injured to to brakes failing from this company.

Very poor service, mishandled my entire order taking 10 months to get an order complete. When finally my order arrived it arrived not working.Very unprofessional from customer service to supervisor to funding to even the corporate office.Find another company if you need wheels for legs.

Cheap products, terrible service. wheelchair brakes constantly fail despite numerous repairs and have caused injuries to paralyzed chair user. slow response time means patient is homebound with no safe means of transportation. cant even leave message on their phone.
