My story starts with... Thousands in damages to my rental property, multiple HOA violations, rents not being paid, and a tenant whos unwilling to take any positive action to correct ongoing and mounting issues. While the bills continued to mount, and Covid orders continued to get extended, I had no idea what to do. I simply could not believe this was happening. So... I called several law offices -- which all had backlogs of several weeks, and fairly substantial retainer fees. I could not wait several weeks. The clock was ticking, and ever minute presented more lost money and potential repairs to the property. Frankly there was no warm feeling on putting down ~2K (in holding fees/legal fees) for something that may not work in a property owners favor...Then I came across the Eviction Coordinator -- Perry. He walked me through the process, assisted in court filings and service requirements. The fee plan seemed reasonable as well. Not to mention, HE CALLED ME BACK (can you believe it??)!! And quickly... Other services and law offices took days, or sent automated emails, etc. Now fast forward -- Im sitting here with a Judgement for Possession in my hands! WOW!! Hes gone above and beyond what I could have ever expected. Meanwhile, if I had gone the other direction the process may either just be starting, or still working through red tape, and more time.All I have to say is if something like this ever happens again, Ill try him first. Not only has he earned my trust, but Im happy to refer him to others. Its jut my opinion but 75% of this process is knowing the proper steps, timing, and where to go (along with submitting proper filings and paperwork to the court).
