This is an amazing place for my kiddos. The instructors are very kind with the kids while providing guidance and well directed discipline. They teach about respect in a way that kids can comprehend and it really shows through, even at home/school. My kids have been thrilled to attend class and look forward to the next lesson. These guys have been quick to respond to any questions I’ve had and are always a pleasure to speak with. It’s a wonderful place and I could not recommend it more.

This has been the best decision we have made for our son. He has only been going here for a couple of months and he already has more confidence and self discipline. He loves going to every class. He tried team sports and they just weren’t for him. He never felt comfortable with how intense and critical the kids were that he played with. At PMA, all of the kids are supportive and friendly because the instructor Tim focuses on behavior is every class. The kids learn so much from him and you can tell he cares about each and every one of them. I am so grateful to have found such a fantastic place for my eleven year old son. I can not recommend them enough.

Liam has gained such confidence and is learning so much. The staff members have good communication. PMA is very professional with both parents and students. My son has benefited greatly from practicing Martial Arts here. I also really enjoy the components of good citizenship and qualities that make up a good Black Belt. These skills are life skills that will extend beyond his time in Martial Arts. We are very pleased with our experience here.

The adult martial arts class is really great! I’ve only been attending for a few weeks, but it’s evidently a quality fitness and self-defense class for any and for all. It’s just the right amount of challenging, fun, and practical. Everyone is so helpful, and I’m impressed at how efficiently they have managed to stay open during COVID. Will definitely recommend to other coworkers and friends!

My son is 4 and has only been attending Premier Martial Arts for a few weeks now. He loves his teacher, Alejandro and is already improving on behavioral issues and listening skills. The facility is very nice and clean. We plan on staying with Premier for a long long time! Highly recommended!!!

Premier Martial Arts is a great place for your kids to learn self discipline, honesty, respect and martial arts. Both my daughters go here and both love the instructors. They have learned so much from here; how to defend themselves if needed (they are 4 and 7), confidence, and skills they can use through out their lives.

Premier Martial Arts has been wonderful for my oldest son. The curriculum incorporates thoughtfulness and gives him someone else to be accountable to that he very much respects. We have been with them a year and he is still enthusiastic to go to each class!

I attend Premier Martial Arts with my husband and our 3 children. We have been a part of the PMA family for almost 7 years. In that time my oldest son, my husband, and I have earned our black belts, and our younger children are on track to earn their. We have learned to defend ourselves confidently, my children have learned integrity and perseverance, and their confidence has grown leaps and bounds. We love PMA and can’t imagine training anywhere else.

Anirudh has been attending PMA for a year now. Despite covid situation he has made consistent progress and the credit should go to Austin and Tim for keeping these kids on track. They learn lot more than martial arts for they are taught to be thankful and respectful to others amongst other things. I stro gly recommend PMA for your kids.

This is my Second Review. Adam is now 9 years old and we have decided to continue. It is sad that Coach Tim had to leave but Coach Austin is awesome! He loves his students and he loves to teach! Adam still loves to go and attend classes. I feel like Adam has gained new friends and continues to learn the skills of a martial arts student. He respects Austin and always want to do well for him. If it says anything I drive twice a week to aurora and I live south 20-30 min away.

Myself and both of my sons (ages 12 &14) all train at Premier each week and we love it! I am brand new to martial arts but my sons have been at other gyms. Hands down, this gym is the very best one-Premier has the best culture, curriculum and instructors! We would recommend all students, new and seasoned to train here. We absolutely love this place. You will pay a little more to train here but the instructors and the staff are truly top notch! You really do get what you pay for. My son, Dylan, had trained elsewhere prior to coming here and had some understanding of martial arts but his depth of knowledge and his abilities have greatly grown under the instructors here. Also parents night out is great as it gives you and your spouse time to spend together and the kiddos come home tired. Great place!

My daughter doing very well and I love to see her so proud of herself and having a passion. The receptionist has always been < helpful. A simple hello & perhaps even a smile to those who walk into her place of work would really go a long way. People spend some real dough in this place she better recognize! Premier Martial Arts teaches real-world applicable skills in a family friendly environment. Students range from children to adults, and classes are separated by age and rank. All the instructors are remarkably skilled and exceptionally patient. The space is bright, open and welcoming. Weve been with them for 3 years and never had any issues with billing; theyve been very accomodating. Anyone interested in learning martial arts should stop by and see for themselves. We never expected our son to even be participating in martial arts, but due to some horrible & abusive football coaching we had to find something new. From the very start Austin, Tim, & Zach have welcomed Chris with open arms. We’ve never been a part of such a positive & informational group. The entire PMA staff genuinely cares for the kiddos, & pours everything they have into making sure the students understand everything they are teaching. Our family highly recommends Premier Martial Arts. They provide a friendly, supportive environment and, importantly, a sense of community. The instructors are fantastic, especially Ricardo and Tim. While our son has learned quite a bit in the belt program, my husband and I have benefited greatly from the adult classes taught by Ricardo and Tim. We have much more confidence in our skills and enjoy learning BJJ as well. The adult classes are open to all skill levels but are also challenging for serious students and a great way to stay fit!

If I could I would give ZERO stars. I would stay away from this place.First of all to sign up you have to pay 6 months upfront, which is not cheap. I paid for my daugther and myself but unfortunately I couldnt attend for one single day. I asked them for a extension and they did, but it was not enough, so asked for the extension for the second time.I thought that was gonna be hard because I understand sometimes people that work on places like that have no control over it, but I called them, someone told me they would extend again but I needed to meet with someone 15 days later. I told him that I was only going to wait that long and meet someone if, and only if, the extension was going to be granted. He said that it was gonna happen.Then, on my appointment, I met with the owner Bernie, which I found very arrogant.I explained him my situation and he was careless. All he wanted was to sell another membership for me. He also very arrogantly said that they are the best ones, which I cant really say since I have never done any classes with them.So, after having to wait for half a month, Bernie was on vacation, leaving my work to meet with this guy, he denied my request. I asked him, dont you honor your workers word? He said: it depends!So, he was careless! All he wanted was get me into signing up again.I left the place very disappointed and emailed him afterwards and I never got a response back from him.So, Bernie is the owner, he knows how much I paid, he also knows I have never done one single class for a real reason that I prefer not mention, and yet he denied my request.There are many places that are not only nicer, but cheaper, with a better schedule and have no 6 month contract.I believe they make people sign up for a 6 month contract, that way they cant leave, because if they do they will lose their money.I know many people, known people in the martial arts market and the references I got about Bernie was not good at all. I wish I have done that before I signed up.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Supportive staff and classes for the whole family with flexible schedule. Started as something for our son and now we are all in!

I just wanted to share how thrilled I was with my experience last week at CrossFit Southlands gym. Casey Clement worked with me, my sister and my brother. My brother has severe autism and requires more attention than a regular class could provide. Casey worked so well with him and was very patient and supportive. He explained things in a way my brother could understand and praised him when he accomplished something. Casey was not afraid to get down and do the exercises with him, which helped tremendously. Not only was he great with my brother, my sister and I learned a few things and Casey allowed us to complete a WOD while he worked with my brother! I cannot say enough good things about our experience at CrossFit Southlands.

My niece and nephew go here. It amazing all the things they’ve learned and the confidence they’ve gained. The new owner (Austin) and head instructor (Tim) are a delight.

For tiger martial arts. Had a 5 star birthday party for 5-7 year olds. Instructors were rockstars keeping 20+ kids engaged and in line for 90 minutes! Age appropriate material and very pleasant staff. Looking to come back!

This martial arts school is amazing! The new owner Austin is very nice and the new head instructor knows what he’s doing. They seem to be really focusing on training you and not so much on the money aspect. They’re teaching a range of skills like Krav Maga, Mauy Thai, Brazilian Jiujitsu, and Karate. I just recently earned my black belt here and I truly feel like I earned it.

Is it possible to give 0 stars? They wont stop billing me despite repeated notifications that I canceled my service! Posted something on Facebook venting about this and 3 OTHER PEOPLE said they are having the same problem, including having to cancel their credit cards! Thats not even getting into the constant barrage of calls and emails. I wish we never set foot here. Still trying to get them to answer while I take it up wuth my bank.
