If I could give 0 stars, I would. Abhorrent service. I have never felt more ignored, disrespected, or abandoned by a vital service in my life. This elevator service is dangerously neglectful. I am disgusted. I could make it a point to recommend against anyone ever using this company in the future. For shame.

Great place to work and do business with. Amazing.

Poor communication. Slow torespond to elevator issues. read the fine print in there contracts. Make sure you have it in your contact you can leave it when you want or they will lock you into 5 year plans that auto renew. Bigest waste of money. Do your homework and go with better more competitive companies. Two years in a row they have failed to complete my annual safty test on time.

No stars here, if I could! The absolute worst elevator provider out there. I have been in the apartment management industry for over 23 years, and never have I had a worse elevator service provider. They never have parts in stock and or local, and all repairs are over 3 months d/t parts not being ordered correctly and or having them readily available. We were forced to stay with them, until we were able to get out of the contract. In all honesty, this company should NOT be in business. Needless to say, we are no longer with them and satisfied with our new service provider/company.
