With all that is happening, with the COVID, my own health issues, world events and what-have- you, it helps to not have to worry about insurance. Im confident that my insurance concerns are being well cared for.

Mr. Davis took extra time to explain all the details of our various policies so that we fully understood the value, purpose, and coverage Allstate was providing. The transition from a competitive insurance company was seemless thanks to Mr. Davis and his staff. After speaking with the agent from this branch (Betsy), I was not only satisfied, but honestly I was pleasantly surprised! Rather than the standard gathering of information by asking a list of questions, I feel like Betsy took the time to actually get to know me so that she could give me the help I needed. She answered all of my questions and offered thorough, candid advice. This true, thoughtful care and concern was much appreciated and I highly recommend this Allstate branch!

Liked working with Ed and his no pressure approach to insurance. He is very thorough and reviews different options for insurance. He does really well at customizing insurance for your specific needs. I highly recommend letting Ed review your insrance options.

One star is giving Edward too much credit. He is unprofessional, inappropriate, rude, makes excuses, and conducts business unethically. I do Not recommend anyone doing business with him and if you do try to cancel your policy... good luck!!!

If I have any questions, I receive a response quickly. Everyone has always been courteous with me.

UPDATE: In additional to the complete unprofessional conduct of this agent he is spiteful. He has now requested an employee or someone he personally knows go and leave a horrid review about me on my agents profile. I have had ZERO contact with this woman Kimberley Varela and yet she states I have been unprofessional and rude. And the same day she leaves this review she just so happens to like his agency on FB.I am an office manager of a State Farm Insurance office and I received a call from Edward Davis, the agent himself, asking for my coworker by name. He then attempted poach our employee. In the eight and half years in this industry I have NEVER seen such unethical tactics. I know State Farm and my agent would never support this behavior. I actually currently have an Allstate policy and if my agent ever did anything like this I would immediately move my business to someone with higher standards.
