We received estimates from 4 or 5 roofing companies. Evans was the best price by far. We decided to replace our gutters and replace the detached garage roof in addition to the house, as the pricing was still better than the other companies for just the house! Steve was very friendly and kind. Felt like talking to a friend. Would recommend.

Evans Home Improvement added a side porch to my house and installed on all new siding, aluminum wrap, and gutters on the entire house. The team was very professional, punctual, and they strived to make sure that I was satisfied. I am a very meticulous homeowner with above average expectations. The team was wonderful at making changes, adjusting items to meet my standards, and cleaning up when the project was complete. The last day of the project, the team worked without taking a break in the drizzle to ensure all of the finish touches were complete before leaving.

First time replacing a roof. I would recommend evans to anyone. The price was great, the service from the roofers to the person that pick up the calls and gave us our quote was professional and kind. Put in a metal roof over the slate. Also metal over our patio deck. During covid we spent alot of time out there and it made it nice to sit out in the rain and not get wet.also we have a glass fire pit. Made it awesome. Completed in a grear time frame. They also did repairs for us after a fire happened shortly after roof put on. We believe it was purposely set. A shrub out front caught fire and burned our siding and deck. They came and fixed, repaired our roof and deck. Now when summer comes we will have to do a restain job. Back to looking good again.

We are very happy with our new roof, it looks fantastic. They stuck to the quote we agreed on will doesn’t always happen. We had a complete tear off with little or no mess. Evans put on a new roof, fixed some siding, and tore off our chimney. Everything from start to finish was taken care of with ease. No stress on our part (besides the insurance company). Evans even handled dealing with our insurance adjuster. A great experience all around. The project was done quickly. We highly recommend Evans and will use them again in the future.

Do to recent wind damage we contacted Evans Home Improvement for a quote and they easily won the bid. In short order, they sent their steel roof crew out and in about a day and a half they had the job done not to mention replaced a rear sliding patio door on day two after completing the roof. The steel roofing crew are exceptional workers and polite in every way. They were all business and that was impressive in itself. I can pretty much say Ive never experienced professionalism and talent like this roof crew displayed installing our new metal roof. Evans Home Improvement will be our go to contractor for any future home improvements or repairs.
