Have used this company twice in the past for tree removal with great results. Needed a tree trimmed, so I called them in June 2020 to get an estimate. I was told someone would come to my home as soon as possible to do that. When nothing happened after a couple weeks, I called again. Told the same thing. No one showed up. In April 2021, I called again and was told the same thing as the year before. Its now June 9th, 2021, and theres been no contact from the company. Im disappointed because they do good work at decent prices, but Im moving on to another company.

Spoke with the man who owns the company when he came out to give us an estimate. He seemed friendly and professional enough. We talked about potential days that he could come remove 2 trees. Then, after he left. I was unable to get ahold of him again. I called multiple times and never got any response from him or his wife. I think he said the number is his wifes. Either way, very disappointed with customer service.

I had an immediate need on one of their busiest days after a storm. They took time to listen and understand my challenge. They immediately found a way to assign the necessary crew to complete the job. They not only professionally completed the job but did so thoroughly with full clean up and at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Talked to Mr. Springer on the phone a few times about a large (huge) pine tree I needed taken down. Very friendly an professional. They did a great Job taking down the tree, removing the stump and clean up. All in an hour and a half!! These guys made Paul Bunyan look like a wuss! Very reasonably priced too! I highly recommend!

We called in regards to a tree that was a potential liability hazard. They came out that evening, inspected it, and gave us a really fair quote to remove the tree and stump. They then came out early the next morning and removed everything! Highly recommend!

Excellent service, very fast response. Needed them for an emergency removal, and they were there within the hour. Very professional crew, no damage to the lawn, and they raked up the mess made by cutting. Thanks again, Jim and crew! Will certainly use again!
