The therapists get a 4 out of 5 but the doctors get a 1 out of 5. The doctors refused to see me because I was trying ketamine and suboxone treatment, which they didnt agree with. I stopped the ketamine but I wont stop the suboxone because it is a life saver for me. I dont think a doctor should be refusing patients like that, especially since I ended up being hospitalized because of it.

This place used to be great. But since the nurse to the psychiatrist left its been impossible to get refills in between appointments. I call and speak to the person now working with the doctor and she says she will talk to the doctor. I call numerous times but nothing happens. I am only able to get my meds refilled when I have an appointment over the phone every 2 months. I am mentally messed up without the proper meds.

Went 2 times. The therapist told me to go elsewhere so I could be seen before February for depression medication and sent me on my way. Basically told me what a hassle it would be to keep going. Apparently she has never dealt with a depressed person? Like Im really going to go anywhere else after that experience. Thanks so much for all your help!!
