Prices are in line with everyone else but they do their best to make sure the customer is happy with the work.

Slow, doesn’t call when service is done, does services you don’t ask for and tries to charge you for them. Will stop coming here from now on.

The only place to go for mufflers, exhaust. Because of short local drives, most of my cars since the 80s have been here. Always happy with the service, which is why I drive 35 minutes to come here.

I was visiting family in town and woke up to a flat tire. My brother suggested I go to Arts and they were great! I dropped off my tire and had a call within an hour about the status. While I was hoping for a patch, the news was that I needed a new tire. Jackie checked for used and new on hand and when she came up empty, called around to other places for me. She even went to another shop to pick a set up for me so I could have my car back in the same day (within a couple hours even)! A+++++ service on top of friendliness and wonderful prices! I never write reviews but was so blown away by their helpfulness that I just had to share.

The staff is great. There mechanics are knowledgeable. Arts Muffler saved me $200 and had me back on the road in an hr. I highly suggest stopping in to get a quote.

One of the few auto shops in town that tell you the truth and give unbelieveable affordable costs! Tires Plus tried to charge me close to 2000 dollars worth of repairs while lying to my face saying its in good condition. I brought their estimate to these kind folks and they nearly laughed their heads off and only charged me $250.00for safty repairs while also advising that my vehicle is a money pit and should be aware of it in the future.If youre looking for auto shop in town look no furthur. Stop by Arts and see for yourself!

Shoddy work over priced no integrity . The only thing they they want is your money . They do not stand behind there work unless forced to . Avoid doing business with theses people . Its not the same as when Art owned it . Just received an update from the Better Business Bureau today 12/6/19 . They told me that Arts was not willing to change the story they reported to them after I made my complaints to them and that they couldnt really do anything else . I will have my complaint made public on their website so that others can see before getting taken advantage of . I recommend that anyone that has had bad repairs done by Arts to share it as I did with the BBB so others can see that Im not an isolated case . When you do , make sure you give them permission to make your story public on their website . I am out $1481.87 for 4 faulty repairs done by Arts Muffler . But if I can help prevent one other person from getting ripped off . It will be worth it .
