Pros: Good Customer Service.Cons: Didnt zip-tie the cables in the custom build and they clicked on the fans until we fixed it. Not a big deal but for the price it wouldve been nice to have the case cleaned up and not have cables everywhere when you open it up.

Yeah not very good service took a week to not only install a processor but also to give me back my computer. Communication between company and customer is absolutely horrible. Tries to get you to buy additional parts that you might not need and just an dishonest company

Will lie to you to make the sale.Will tell you its fixed. You pick it up and its not fixed but they want to charge you more to fix it right a second time.Wont stand behind their warranties.I am amazed that the local radio station uses them for talk show.Never use them!

I wish google had negative stars.... one star is to many. Im the nicest person ever and I hate leaving a bad review (check my other reviews) especially because these people have been nice till now. But sadly nice doesnt run a business and these are just true facts im stating for YOU to beware!!They had our computer the first time because it was very slow running and still pretty new, he told us it needed a antivirus so we paid extra for that. they kept it about 3 weeks and we paid 130$ as soon as we turned it on to use it, it actually ran even slower and would hardley let us put in the password to get to the main screen let alone anything else. So it was actually in worse condition then when I brought it in. Brought it back January 25th and he said it would be under warrant, but we did not get it back till February 24th after calling about it multiple times. Each time we called over the course of the month it was always scanning ... Finally I made my husband call and all of a sudden it was ready. We scheduled a pick up time at 10 am Saturday the 24th and its now 10:30 and no one will open the door Finally at 12 someone let us in. They said our password wasnt working so I came in the back to type it in for them and they actually had someone elses computer sitting out with my husbands first name totally different last name!! I said thats not even our computer, then they ran around the giant mess they had in the back trying to just locate our laptop... So all the time we called and got the run around, I dont even know if they were looking at OUR computer... Were actually sitting in the front office now at 12:45 listening to them talk in the back, cussing, and sounding confused as if they just now looked at our computer for the first time... As were sitting here waiting, another client of theres came in with the same exact complaint as our original, paid for a antivirus and a speed up and neither of them were even installed! I feel bad she left her computer with them again.. So he comes out at 1:15 and tells us yet again its scanning and then hear him say in the back he cant get it to connect to the internet..try looking it up on YouTube on our computer & more cussing including a lot of offensive gds and mfs. If ... No.. when we get our laptop back today and it still doesnt work, we will just have to consider the money we originally spent lost and we will take it to Best buy in hiram where we purchased it. We will never bring it back here. As a small buissness owner myself, I just dont know what kind of business can be ran like this and stay open. I really really hate that it just wasnt fixed the first time as it should have been AS I PAID FOR and that infact it was in worse condition...Update: weve now spent 4 hours here today and wasted our Saturday, when it was supposed to be done yesterday and ready to pick up at 10 am. Im not confident it will even work when we get it home based on their ongoing conversation they had about it in the back... We never had issues connecting to the internet before we brought it here. It was just slow... While were here waiting, three other people walked in and either demanded their computer back bc they were taking to long or demanding their money back because the issues they had paid for were not repaired. I feel bad for the legitimate computer guy I bring it to next that will have to undo whatever it is these folks have done....Never ever again will I come here or recommend them to anyone... Im sitting in the truck now in 78° weather bc I couldnt take the cussing anymore my husband still inside.. still waiting update: all day wasted, After hearing more excuses and cussing I finally decided to go to the back and ask for my laptop and charger After excuses and lies and even some attitude from the owner I finally got it when my husband had to ask him to stop raising his voice to me and just give it to us. As expected, as soon as I turned it on it says repairing disk errors. This may take over an hour never ever again. Worst experience ever.
